2024.11.27 22:39 Hollilolli Severe anxiety and vomiting after starting Prozac - Someone please help me
I took 10mg of Prozac for 1 week and then my doctor bumped up the dose to 20mg. I took that for 2 days and went into a complete nonstop panic attack and mind racing ever since. My doctor had me stop Prozac for 1 week and started me on 5mg of Trintellix. I’m in the same state for the last 3 weeks. Constant feeling of dread, no appetite, vomiting and dry heaving. My mind is racing and I can’t sleep. I feel so devastated and depressed. My Mom has been taking care of me and my daughter and I haven’t been able to work. I decided to stop Trintellix today because I feel like these SSRI are making everything so much worse. I’m so afraid this is the new me- I’m completely unable to function and only get a little relief from Xanax. Has anyone ever experienced this? Please tell me it gets better. This is so unbearable.

I'm more than sure that someone has come up with this truly great idea before (yes, I call my own idea great), but don't we all think it's about time videogame developers should be able to lose their AAA status?
A restaurant earns their Michelin Stars, and then keeps that standard up, or even improve on it to keep their stars and/or earn more, right?
How about we apply this concept to the AAA studios that are truly crapping on their loyal consumers nowadays. Yes, I'm mostly talking to you Ubisoft and Bethesda.
Smaller studios and even indie developers have proven that with way less resources (money, time, people), a great game can still be delivered.
And don't get me wrong. I understand that a game like AC Valhalla is incomparable to a game like Katana Zero. Yet I believe that any studio who prioritises marketing, live action service, in game stransactions, DLC, and such, or is heavily dependant/relying on them, should lose an A.
Triple-A, as I remember it, used to mean something. Now all it means is that a studio is so big, it has too many resources just laying around, because they don't seem to have people that know how to use them properly.
I'm saying this as an average Joe, videogame loving 32 year old, who grew up with them, and only knows from hearsay and own experience. So I speak for the common plebs from a place of passion and love, not the highly informed deep divers. (Not that I dislike the deep divers, because they are where I get most of my info from)

2024.11.27 22:39 Adorable_Permission2 Computer Won’t Boot After Installing new GPU
Computer will not boot after installing a new GPU (Gigabyte RTX4070). The monitor is picking up that the computer is plugged in and I’ve tried different cords and monitors. I’m plugging into the motherboard board and not the GPU. I’m switching from an Rx 6700 and uninstalled the Adrenalin drivers before putting in the new card. Everything was working fine the few minutes before I installed the card and the motherboard’s diagnostic lights aren’t indicating anything wrong with the ram. Any help would be appreciated.
Things I’ve Tried: Booting without GPU installed Booting with the old GPU installed Reseating Ram, GPU and CPU Making sure all power cords are plugged in Removing cmos Bridging CLRTC connectors Switching video cords Testing each stick of ram individually

2024.11.27 22:39 ShaneMJ Is There a Limit to How Many Times You Can Renew Your Residence Permit (Q1 Family Reunion)?
I received my approved Q1 visa last month and will enter China in mid January. I know I should apply for residence permit when I arrive, which is what I will do as soon as I arrive. However, I'm worried about the long term feasibility and stability of residence permit. I'm 32 years old and receive a monthly pension. It is enough for me to live comfortably in China without having to work again. I don't want to work anymore nor do I need to. However, can I keep renewing my residence permit every year? I read here that I will likely get one-year residence permit at first and when I renew I will a longer duration RP. But will they keep renewing my residence permit every year or every few years? What if they deny my renew request? My parents are in their early 60s and mid 60s and in good health, so they will probably live for many more years (10 to 20 at least). If my parents are alive then my residence permit can be renewed unlimitedly, right?
I'm currently in the process of preparing to leave the US permanently, as I have no desire to come back here excerpt short-term travel. I do like Thailand and might consider living there as an alternative option if I can't live in China anymore.
Also, if my parents pass away in the future, I assume my residence permit cannot be renewed anymore since they are gone? But if at that point I still want to live in China then I can get Q2 visa and do the HK border run every few months so I can still live China, right? Thank you for reading.
