Hi all hope your well.
I have a bmw 2017 f83 m4 that has a rear axle diff lock on drive showing and also a dtc traction light on dashboard the code showing is (D35432) Message fault (actual QMVH, rear axle, 37.0.2), DSC receiver, GHAS transmitter. Ive taken the car to bmw but they demanding more money and im not giving in. If anyone could help me or had similar issue please could you let me know what it could be I will attach the pictures

2024.11.27 22:50 Sydorax_Squid Corporate Sent Out The Thanksgiving Email Today
We were stocking shelves when we were suddenly called to the front. Our managers tell us that Corporate fucked up and sent out the Thanksgiving Day email (the one proclaiming the big, one-day sale with 50% off a whole load of stuff) TODAY, the day before Thanksgiving. Which is already a hectic day to begin with. The email our managers got was basically “sorry, not sorry; figure it out yourselves, peasants!” Corporate refused to fix the mistake. Our managers decided that we would honor this sale, even though the computers didn’t have the pre-programmed sale prices in yet and the managers can’t override discounts over 40%. So they decided, in their infinite wisdom, that we would just print out price stickers with the sale price of each individual item that came through the line. We weren’t to volunteer anything, only if they asked about the sale first. THEN Corporate sends out a secondary email to all our Rewards Members. This email wasn’t a correction, an apology, or even really clear anything up. The one change was to say in the top corner “Today Only! Exclusive Deals!” Yeah, very fucking helpful. Just to top things off, Corporate forgot that we opened an hour early today but didn’t change the overhead routine to “Open Hours”. So the overhead was playing a song, then offering a tip on how to be a good employee, playing a song, proclaiming that smiling wards off theft, and so on.

I feel so cooked. Im close to or already over 100 applications and only 2-3 OA failed and the rest or ghosting or rejecting me. While the CS field is cooked, ive read that role more engineering-like is safer and during the big lay off season, engineering roles were safe

Today I was fired for a minor argument and to me not even that just words that to me weren't that serious, and it happened Sunday and I was let go today, to my boss' credit l can tell he didn't want to but his boss forced him to, I was told I was being argumentative and let go, it was a shitty job getting paid less for the same job I've been doing for years, and now I just feel empty I'm probably gonna get drunk and smoke some weed tonight even though I've been trying to stop, I feel like I want to jump off a bridge, only thing getting me through this is my girlfriend who's trying to help me stay up and get another job. Bullying often involves violating someone’s bodily autonomy causing lasting shame and trauma. Yet it is not taken nearly as seriously as it should be. If it were treated like SA, which schools take more seriously and are now less likely to shrug off, it would be a big step toward solving the problem.
