This boi has been a rockstar so far. Wife brought it back about 6" tall from some work event. Recently it's been sick as hell. Below spots all over, turning brown and crunchy. I haven't seen any bugs or damage to adjacent plants. I've trimmed off quite a few leaves already. Could be root rot but I haven't changed my watering schedule at all. I don't fertilize as much as I should. Any insight before I go digging up a stressed plant?

I got into kettlebells to improve my fitness, endurance, and explosiveness for tennis. I’m in my 50’s and was losing matches often due to conditioning. This community helped so much and after just “messing around” with KB workouts from YT I decided to jump into the 10K Swing Challenge. The huge jump in my VO2 Max coincides with that challenge. It’s still good but has fallen off even though I’ve just completed DFW. I know VO2 Max on an Apple Watch is dubious at best but still and interesting data point.

Se Passos se candidatasse, julgo que não teria mais de 50% na 1.ª volta, logo haveria uma 2.º. E penso que a Esquerda unida mais uma parte da direita que não goste de Passos poderia fazer com que o outro candidato ganhasse (talvez António José Seguro ou Gouveia e Melo). Portanto, se calhar Passos nem seria uma boa escolha da direita.
