Looking for Video Editor Recommendations

I'm looking for someone who can quickly edit talking head videos (remove "um's" and long pauses) and throw in stock photos and clips for visual interest and to increase retention rates and help people better understand what I'm explaining. I also have some standard things that I like to put in the intro and outro that I've already created. Most videos average about 10min, and they all have the same look and feel as far as editing. Animations is a bonus but not necessary.
I don't need anyone highly skilled for this job. I've been editing everything myself just with iMovie and a couple Youtube tutorials and that's really all the skill that's necessary.
I'm looking for someone who is willing to work with me long-term and is fine with getting paid a fixed rate per video, not hourly. I'd like 2 videos a month. I currently have a backlog of like 15-20 videos that I've already filmed but haven't edited. So you can do a bunch all at once if you want.
I'm looking for *specific* editor recommendations. So if you used Fiverr, who was the actual editor you used that you would recommend? If you have a freelancer you've worked with and they want more work, please DM their contact info. If you are an editor who's interested, feel free to ask any questions or DM me your portfolio and your ballpark rates (I know it always "depends" but just give me a typical range for what I've just explained that I need. I'm not going to pay hundreds of dollars per video, so I don't want to waste your time if that's what you charge).

hey everyone i’m a 21 year old who recently was diagnosed with lymphoma. i’m doing this all on my own because i have no family. Because I’ve been so ill i’ve been having to call out a lot so im unable to fund my hospital bills, rent, groceries, and other basic needs. My spouse, originally from India, appeared to be in love with me for five years leading up to our marriage. However, the day we got married, red flags started to appear. She refused to take my last name, despite us agreeing on it beforehand. Soon after, she stopped speaking to me, began sleeping on the floor in the living room instead of with me, and grew distant.
In June, the day she received her social security card, she moved out. Four days later, she relocated to Texas for a job, leaving me behind in Georgia. Since then, her communication with me has been minimal, limited to saying good morning or talking about the weather. I asked for better communication and even sent her links to virtual couples therapy, but the next day, she served me with divorce papers via email.
We were married in Georgia, and now she is refusing to participate in mediation. All I want is reimbursement for the money I spent bringing her to the U.S. and supporting her when she was unemployed until she moved to Texas. Unfortunately, I am on disability and cannot afford an attorney, while she has the means to hire legal representation. I now believe she married me solely to gain U.S. citizenship.
