2024.11.28 01:43 Difficult_Sir_8207 2024 Dacia Sandero Stepway Vs ~ 2017 Mercedes GLA
I'm currently torn between the two above cars and am looking to buy next year. I should mention I am from the UK. The use case for both is irrelevant in this case as both are great fits for what I need Below are my current issues that I am undecided on.
Both offer slightly different things, obviously the Mercedes is the more premium despite its age and the model I want has £35 road tax compared to £200 or something for the Dacia.
On the other hand, Dacia on the whole seems more reliable and cheaper to repair, as well as being new meaning it will have more life even though I am looking for a low mileage mercedes (sub 40k).
The Dacia has an LPG option which would cut my fuel costs in half.
My main concerns are long term cost (including purchase price). The Mercedes is roughly £13,000 while the Dacia is £18,500. Second to that is comfort (road/engine noise, audio, seats etc)
Does anybody have any experience with either or similar vehicles that could help or any other advice? TIA

When I have flares (it’s usually caused by me eating the oils I can no longer have- I avoid them but accidents happen) I get a crazy super sharp ripping or stabbing with a knife feeling in my reproductive organ area. It’s accompanied by my abdominal area bloating outwards. The pain can get so bad that I won’t be able to sit or I have to walk like a heavily pregnant woman. Wondering what others have?
