2024.11.28 01:40 ElAutistaDeHamelin Currently in extreme pain (~30h post-op). Any suggestions on pain management appreciated
I've taken all my pain meds and anti-inflammatory ones between 30min and 2h ago but it hasn't done much, if anything at all. I had been doing pretty well pain-wise but a few hours ago, in a matter of 15-30 minutes, my pain level increased drastically and now it's so so bad. I'm even starting to get worried I didn't break anything since it got so much worse so quickly.
No matter what position I put my leg in it still hurts so much, is there anything I can do to bring it down even if it's just a bit? Thanks

JackSmith was this really fun CoolMathGames game where you could make weapons and had full control over every detail of your stuff. depending on how well you performed on each stage your item would be effected differently.You couldmake swords,bows,axes,hammers and decorated each with items you got after completing levels.Now obviously KCD II isnt a turn based game i think it would still be really fun even if it only had half the complexity. Hello, my wife and I currently live in the UK. She is a Japanese national from Kagoshima. She has started missing home very much and wants to move back.
My job requires a 1 year notice period to leave, and since I don't really know any Japanese, after googling a bit it seems the only job I'll be able to really get it as an English teacher.
I was curious if there was much work in Kagoshima, and how easy it is to actually get a teaching job in Japan, before I pull the pin and commit to moving?
