 | I’ve been wanting an ear tat for quite a while, a small simple basic design like these leaves and dots. Just wondering how well these tattoos hold up and if the aftercare is a little different given the location. I’m also struggling to find an artist to pick, like, are most artists comfortable tattooing ears, and is hand poke the best option? Hi All
I was doing LEGO content creation for fun and hit a crossroads of do I stop or knuckle down and create better stuff and try and find ways to make a little bit of income on the side (if possible) and a lot of research said LEGO Affiliate. I remember considering applying ages ago but knew I would get rejected for not having enough followers but I think I was thinking of LEGO brand ambassador.
So I was curious if anyone knew if they are the same thing or different?

2024.11.28 02:56 Zer0CoolXI Nova Lite Not Found by App
Just got a Gamesir Nova Lite. Using iPad. Installed Gamesir app, gave it Bluetooth permissions. Connected to iPad over Bluetooth shown as a PS4 Dual Sense controller (via home + B). Controller controls things on iPad, so it’s connected.
Problem is, when i go into Gamesir app, it cannot find the controller no matter what pairing mode i try. Tried wireless and usb c, no change.
I am trying to downgrade the firmware to v4200 so the controller connects in xinput/xbox controller mode. I assume mine is using one of the newer versions but not sure which.
Any help getting the app to see the controller and allow me to firmware down/upgrade would be great.
Side note: connected to a Win11 PC using cable or 2.4Ghz dongle and PC app also could not find controller despite controller being seen by windows and buttons working.
It’s a shame bc the controller was cheap and feels decent, but without xinput mode it doubles input on my Apple devices (1x a press = 2 a presses, d pad left = 2x d pad left, etc). If I can’t resolve it likely need to return for more expensive controller.

Atlas’s jaw dropped in shock, and I could only stare. “Harlow?” he managed, disbelief thick in his voice.
“Oh, so you do remember me,” she sneered, folding her arms across her chest. “How delightful.”
Atlas looked lost. “Harlow, what’s going on?”
Her tone was dripping with sarcasm. “Oh, you remember me? Perfect. Then it won’t be too shocking when I tell you—congratulations, Atlas. You’re about to be a father.”
I clamped my mouth shut, swallowing a gasp. Sorin had mentioned Harlow was pregnant, but Atlas as the father? That was the last thing I’d expected.
Atlas went pale. “Wait, what are you talking about?”
She raised an eyebrow. “Oh, come on. Don’t pretend. Think back to the night of May 10th.”
If Harlow noticed my presence, she ignored it completely. I could hardly find words. “Um…I should go,” I mumbled to no one in particular. Grabbing my things, I hurried out.

Sorin looked completely blank for a moment, then his eyes flew wide open. “Wait—Atlas? The owner of the café?”
I nodded, and he let out a low whistle. “Wow. That’s…something.”
I winced, and he picked up on it right away. “What?”
“You curse a lot.”
He chuckled, looking a bit sheepish. “Sorry, but really—how do you know?”
“I was with him when Harlow showed up. She…sarcastically congratulated him on becoming a dad.”
Sorin’s expression darkened as he muttered, “Angry, sarcastic Harlow—that’s trouble. Might serve him right, though.”
I swatted his shoulder. “Hey, he’s my friend!”
He gave me a half-smile. “A friend I’ve never really liked.”
I glared at him. “He’s sweet and thoughtful and—”
Sorin’s scowl deepened. “Go on, tell me about all his wonderful qualities.”

That softened his gaze. In one smooth motion, he scooped me into his arms, wrapping my legs around his waist as he carried me over to the couch. “Should’ve gone even further—made sure he knows he doesn’t stand a chance.”

2024.11.28 02:56 diverdown976 DNS fails to resolve some small set of addresses when pfBlockerNG is active
This is something I've been seeing for several weeks; not quite sure when it started. But the start of it was ailun.com not resolving. I'd enter that in my browser or run a local DNS Query and come up with a DNS error (no information found). When I tried the same address in the pfSense/Diagnostics/Ping page, it would go to 8.8.8.8 (and other DNS servers I configured in General Setup) and resolve things. Thought it might be an Unbound problem, but could not see how.
I was looking in the Reports tab of pfB, but nothing was being blocked. And DNS queries did not return the 10.10.10.1 Virtual IP address pfB tosses out for blocked domains.
I set this aside until a compact FlickR.com URL also failed. These use flic.kr as their domain name. Same problem as with ailun.com. Not blocked by a blacklist, just no data found.
Just for fun I decided to turn off pfB and try again. Everything resolves just fine when pfB is turned off. When it is enabled again, these domains fail.
I am running pfBLockerNG Devel v3.2.0_20 under pfSense 24.03-RELEASE on an SG-5100. I have not made substantive changes to my system (other than system/package updates) in some time.
Holding off upgrading to 24.11 for now while I wait for any ideas/pointers on how to solve this... thanks!

Hey guys,
I'm a student pilot with 20 hours in my log book. I have been practicing pattern and landings for a while now and I was good at it. And was expecting to solo soon. But now they've got this new (to me) plane C172. And I've been struggling with landings. Mainly because I feel like I'm fighting the plane the entire time for control. This thing just doesn't feel right. Should I cancel my future lessons with this plane? Or keep wasting money to get used to it?

I got out of bed, I showered, I brushed my teeth, I put on actual clothes, I folded and put away the laundry that's been sitting on my bed for weeks, and I'm eating actual food before dinner time. Hopefully I can also wash the dishes, call my family, and maybe even start a load of laundry, but at the very least, I got out of bed today :)
