But my manager told me there is a 2 year bond which I have to serve and I have to pay 5 lakhs as a compensation if i try to leave. They also told me that they Will make sure that I don't get a new job and they will not co operate with the formalities of leaving and will not pay my last month salary. They made me sign the paper without telling me there is a 2 year bond. Can I leave my job or will it affect me in future if i try to join a government job.

We broke up in the beginning of October and I couldn’t get myself to unfollow him and today I realized he blocked me. I have two instagrams, one personal one with friends and family and one I created earlier this year as motivation and it’s just for me personally. I don’t really tell people I even have it and don’t follow anyone on it. Since the break up I tried to stay on my private one more so I wouldn’t feel tempted to look on his profile, but couldn’t bring myself to unfollow him. So today (and of course I was feeling okay today and happier) I thought to look him up and didn’t see it on my private one. So I logged back into my personal and still couldn’t see it so I figured he just deleted his instagram. But nope, I had a friend check and he’s still there. He just blocked me on both. I know someone will say it’s for the best and he did something I couldn’t get the courage to do. But it still makes me feel completely and utterly devastated. It still breaks my heart and I feel like I’m back at day one.

The definition in 1.1 is ‘When you would lose your last point of stress, roll 1d6. On a 4+, you don’t lose any stress and remain at 1 stress’ my current understanding is it makes it harder for a player to have 0 stress? Is that me misinderstanding, any help would be nice

This is my first time building a pc and I'm pretty new to the space. I'm getting the Galahad II Trinity Performance 360 AIO for my i9-14900k but I loved the look of the SL 120 LCD fans. I was going to mount the AIO on the side of the O11D but I wanted the screens to be there. Can I swap out the fans that come with the AIO and put the LCD fans on or could I move the stock fans to the back of the radiator and do a push/pull config? Also, the rest of the fans in my system are going to be SL-INF fans and I wanted the 140mm size for the extra cooling but none of those packs come with a fan hub. Does the AIO come with a fan hub compatible with the SL-INF fans?

I’m very picky about my homebrew NPCs and villains, and I had a very specific idea in mind of how I wanted the background BBEG, who seems to be responsible for everything going wrong in the town they’re exploring, so I drew him myself! As far as the townspeople know, the went mad and murdered his family thirty years prior to the events of the campaign. My party have been slowly but surely unraveling the truths of that story :P
