Hi guys!! So I (26/F) originally got assessed for PCOS and got my lab results back and the doctor and I are both a bit confused. - my ovaries look healthy and normal - my testosterone is normal - aldosterone normal - all the clinical symptoms of PCOS are present - an insanely high DHEA-S Level (I was 511, should be under 300)
They are concerned for Hashimotos as my thyroglobulin antibodies are high, but my TSH is fine, only other thing it could be is adrenal cancer. Has anyone ever experienced this with PCOS?

As the title suggests, I’m still wondering if I overreacted or not, so here’s my story.
I (22M) was in two Christian dating group on Facebook. In one of these group (I think it’s Middle Earth Christian Mingle?), a lady named Shyla Samantha commented on many of my posts, and eventually asked me to DM her. She claims to be a 23 year old single mother with a single daughter living in Virginia (not far from where I live between VA and TN). She also claimed to be Catholic (I’m Lutheran), so I thought this would be an interesting opportunity to bring two denominations together.
Now I’m not sure if this is the first red flag (because I’m still not sure if guy or gal are suppose to take the first shot, but I digressed), so anyway I replied to her dm and we started chatting nearly every single day (till I believe June or July, I can’t remember). Almost every single day, even at 6 in the morning when she would text me that early in the morning while I’m sleeping. And whenever I don’t reply fast enough, she would send me emoji like 🥺. Technically, this (and her love bombing the very first time I chatted with her) is a red flag, which I was stupid enough to ignore.
Then after all that chatting and all that lovey dovey nonsense (gosh I wish I could time travel to beat the shit out of myself before losing $75 for two gift cards), she asked me to get $25 Apple gift card because apparently she needed “gasoline to drive to her friend’s house”. Without thinking twice, I bought it and wait till I get home to pay her. Next, she asked for my email to connect to some kind of app that sends money to her friend’s uncle in Jamaica (even though the app pretty much said the money can be transferred to Africa). I politely declined since I didn’t want to share my email just yet (and thank God I never did). The second time she asked me to get $50 Apple gift card so she can buy a charging cable and period pads (tacky much?), and I was a dumbass enough to purchase that gift card and send it to her through photo. All these red flags, and I’m admittedly distracted with me and her planning life together to move to Tennessee, have twins so her daughter could have siblings, all that romance stuff. Well, the final straw came when she asked for a photo of my debit card, front and back.
So I took this request to the group chat of that Christian dating group and they all unanimously reported that it’s a romance scammer or pig butchering (is it? What kind of scam is my case though?). So I took the step of not just blocking her, but reporting her as well. A few days afterward, she LITERALLY MADE ANOTHER ACCOUNT and commented in one of my post, and I remember it reading “What happened? You blocked me and all that stuff 🥺”. Blocked and reported that one as well.
With all of this, I sometimes wondered if I overreacted and went rash with agreeing with the group to block and report her. I felt like a jackass and wished I could time travel to never let my past self waste $75 for some scammer. There is a silver lining however since I met a fine lady at my college campus (19F) and so far we’ve been dating almost every Thursday. But besides this happy ending, what are y’all’s thought on this? Did I overreact? Did I deserve this? Am I a moron?
