Hello everyone! I’ve been a Survivor fan for eight years now and for my research course, I was interested in doing something related to Survivor.
I wanted to test a theory based on if facial characteristics and first impressions influence perceptions and eventually lead to vote offs, so I constructed a survey with that in mind.

2024.11.28 02:59 Ok_Alternative_7251 Wont let me play Kingdom hearts on my PS2 :(
I had bought a ps2 mini, a controller, Marvel Ultimate Alliance, and Kingdom Hearts a while back at a garage sale. The game was in perfect condition, my ps2 is in good condition, and the controller was not so good. Got home, the controllers wire was messed up so went back and got another one. It worked well til I realised the start button was so bad and one of the buttons was really stiff, and Im pretty sure the camera stick had drift. I made do with it, playing both the games fine. One day I went to a flea market and found this purple viper 2 ps2 controller, new, and it worked perfectly, tested it on Marvel Ultimate Alliance and it worked just fine, I also had bought Megaman X Collection and it worked just fine. Right as I go to test it on Kingdom hearts this warning appeared on my screen "DUALSHOCK 2 analog controller is not inserted in controller port 1" but it is. I test it with the controller with the wire messed up, same message, and tried it with the other controller, and it works. But I can't play it with that controller when I have a new perfectly good one. The thing is it's only with Kingdom Hearts, the other games work fine. Is there anything I can do without buying a new controller?

The baked cheese on top always gets hard so quickly, and it ruins the texture of the mac and cheese. Oftentimes it’s also too dry, but even if it isn’t, the baked cheese on top ruins it.

 | I have a 2008 Honda CRF250r big bore kit with a dual exhaust system and I just bought the bike and what’s happening is the heads start glowing cherry red after idling for only 2-3 minutes and cool down pretty fast when turned off I’m thinking it’s the jets becuase the old spark plug had a bunch of carbon deposits and the jets were way off from any of the specs on the jetting guide I just don’t know what jet sizes I need so please let me know I’m at 0-1000 elevation when I ride and right now it’s around 38-65 degrees and during the summer around 90-100s. 2024.11.28 02:59 pridejoker Currently refining my shapes and edges. Need advice on how to prioritize my layers in the eyebrow and head region.
 | So as you can see, the last two references images show the subject's top surface contains a variety of plane changes, value shapes, edge gradations, and mostly importantly delicate contour lines. Many of these shadow shaoes are also aligned with other parts of the head. Right now I'm moving and shifting various lines around the mouth and head trying to fit all the major contrast shapes to define my form. However, a lot of the soft gradients occur within these wavy lines. How should I go about the order sequence when layering my colors? 2024.11.28 02:59 ComManDerBG What sights for my VFC AR-15?
While I decide on either a VFC Mk18 or VFC URGI im also struggling to pick the sights for it.
While I was at the store looking at rifles I also took a minute to check out what sights they had. They had a nice Holy Warrior Elcan style sight and a really nice Holy Warrior LPVO style one as well. Plus the usual assortment of red dots and boosters.
My eyesight is a hit poor, ots not crazy bad, I dont need glass but I find myself squinting a lot at range, so I definitely would like magnification, basically no pure red dot set ups.

I came home from work today and wasn’t greeted with jumps and kisses by my pup like I normally am. When I got to her, she was laying down, breathing really hard, lethargic, and did not want to move. I held her in my arms and she was basically limp. When she wouldn’t eat her favourite treat, I knew something was severely off. At the vet I did not except things to turn out the way they had for my poor baby - she had a mass in her abdomen that must have burst, because her stomach had doubled in size and when the vet put a syringe in the cavity, it came out full of blood. Her gums were purple and the pinks of her eyes were white, meaning all the blood was in her abdomen. The options were to either put her down, or wait overnight and do a surgery in the morning to remove the mass that could potentially prolong her lifespan. My pup was a very strong one, all throughout her life, and I could tell that in this moment - she was suffering. And I did not want her to suffer overnight, just to possibly die in pain. Or to suffer overnight, and then have them put her down during the surgery if things were too far gone. I wanted to be able to say goodbye to my baby girl - so I went with the euthanasia route. This was the hardest thing I have ever had to do. I didn’t get to say goodbye to her this morning and give her kisses before work, and I was expecting them when I came home. I just can’t believe that my FINAL hours with her, were ones where she was likely sad, confused, and suffering. I didn’t get to see her when she was her normal happy and lovable self on the day she died - I just got to see the worst version of her. I didn’t get to have one last amazing day with her like I had always hoped, to make her last day on earth a special one - I had to make the choice almost instantly after I heard the news. It all happened really quickly. I am just really hoping I made the right choice. I selfishly wanted them to try surgery just so I could have more time with her, but I don’t think it would have made anything better because her stomach was so filled with blood. I am just trying to come to terms with not only the loss of my best friend, but trying to figure out if I made the right choice, if I could have done anything to save her. I think this will haunt me forever. The vet said that we could not blame ourselves because this type of thing comes on so suddenly. I wish I didn’t attribute her stomach getting bigger to her gaining her weight back (she was a big girl and had finally slimmed down) and just known immediately that something else was wrong. Would that have saved her? If I brought her in sooner? I wish I knew what was going to happen when I walked into that vet - because I would have brought her things she loved and surrounded her with them as she left this earth. I have so many regrets in this moment. She was my best friend in the whole world, and basically my sister because I am an only child, so our bond was VERY strong. I had an amazing 13 years with her, but that still was not enough. Tory, I love you so, so much. More than a doggy could ever comprehend. And I will miss you for the rest of my life. Rest in peace my good girl. How will I get through this? I feel like I am on the verge of a breakdown. I will never get over this.

Anyone playing Forza Horizon 4 on deck lately? Getting a SD for Christmas and thinking about picking this game up during the Autumn sale for $12. I know it's being delisted in Dec but from the Microsoft blog post about the delisting, you can still play the game (unlike the Crew). So this feels like a dang good deal. Wondering how well this plays on deck. I've seen some on YT show decent performance.
