2024.11.28 06:50 brittanijeanb Puppy keeps pawing at face, saw this in his eye?
My puppy has been pawing at his face over the last couple of days and I've been trying to see why this is. He's almost 7 months old and a Basset Hound, so my first instinct was to clean his ears. I am pretty good at keeping up with them though, so there wasn't much to do there. Then I helped him itch his nose. Didn't seem to help. Then I noticed one of his eyes looked a little more red than the other and that was the side of his face he kept pawing at (right side). I inspected both of his eyes and found this little black string/worm in his right eye which doesn't appear in his left eye. I tried to get it out, thinking it could just be a hair, but it's definitely not and doesn't seem like it can be pulled out. Maybe even underneath the skin. I looked up worms in the eyes and I can't really find anything that matches this, usually just clear or white worms. Any idea what this is and if it's even something to worry about?

I’m a little over 5 weeks. I still feel as if I can do the routines totally fine and even add the “challenges”. However, my anxiety has me google everything about what to avoid while exercising. Core, specifically twisting exercises, came up quite a bit. I feel completely comfortable doing these exercises but, as this is my first pregnancy, I’m scared to do anything “wrong”. I’m also super early and want to avoid telling people until my confirmation appt next month. Did anyone modify in the first 8 weeks of pregnancy? SHOULD you modify, especially twisting and core?
