I started Levothyroxine about a week ago. i'm a night owl, which means i'm usually up until like 3/4am, so my original plan was to start taking it at around 3am every night.. but recently my work have been scheduling me a mixture of morning and evening shifts, meaning i'm asleep at 3am some nights. I would set a 3am alarm, but 1) i dont wanna wake the whole house up, 2) I'm notorious for sleeping through my alarms, and 3) if i wake up in the middle of the night i CAN'T go back to sleep. I also considered taking it earlier (11pm/12am), but because of my sporadic work schedule, I sometimes don't eat dinner until 11pm, so i can't take it any earlier than 3am. Taking it in the morning is out of the question bc I'm not awake in the morning a majority of the time.
Does anyone have ANY suggestions? Im up at 3am 99% of the time, so would a "3am, unless unable" schedule work? Or does it NEED to be at the exact same time everyday???
Sorry if this post was a mess, i'm super new to this and just wanna learn how to handle this. Any help or advice appreciated, thank you :)

I have two lights that are Bluetooth and WiFi controlled via their respective apps (brand names below), but I’d love to create shortcuts to control them directly from my Home Screen with a button (programmed via Siri, Google home or Action button)
The lights I have are, 1. Keepsmile LED Strip Light 2. Neewer GL1Pro
Unfortunately, it seems like neither of their apps has native integrations for shortcuts (as far as I can tell).
Does anyone know if it’s possible to set this up, or can you suggest any workarounds to achieve this? Any help would be appreciated!

I am 5’1 and weigh 54kgs, 24y/o. My body fat % is 30.
My maintenance calorie is 1400 So I am trying to be on deficit at 1000 ( it is hard already at that) My diet consists of two meals, both high protien low carb. I consume atleast 70gm of protien everyday. My lifestyle is sedentary but I try to complete 5k steps everyday and do weight training/3times a week, Cardio/ 2times a week.
With all that, the scale is hardly moving, neither the measurement tape is incase I was replacing my fat with muscles.
I am also on medications by my gyneac.
Advice would be appreciated <3

So I have been an avid player in 2022-2023, when the game was actually good and still played competitively. I stopped for one year, and Riot managed to double the amount of cards in one year, which I am not even surprised at at this point.
At any rate, seeing all the new decks and champs, I was at least excited about getting new content from my weekly vaults and rewards... and that was my folly.
In the last 3 months, according to my statistics, I got, on average 6 new cards per weekly vault. I mostly get all platinum chests in my vault minimum, and so far I have a roughly 17 percent chance of not getting duplicates, even though I only posess 50-ish percent of all cards.
This is absolutely new to me, and I'm almost 100 percent sure that it is an intentional feature, as there are old cards and decks that I don't own, and still don't get any cards for, instead I get whole chests 90-100 percent made up of duplicates that get broken down to shards.

2024.11.28 07:55 blubbelblubbel I‘m going to move in 2 weeks and need advice on how to stop procrastinating
I have some ritalin at home, which helps with the executive dysfunction, but I usually come home from work between 4:30 and 5:30pm and I‘m worried about being unable to sleep by 10pm. the last move was pretty traumatic too, and while I‘m actually looking forward to my new place this time, moving still sucks. especially if you‘ve got to sort through the stuff 2 impulse buyers accumulated over the course of 7 years, and even more so after a recent breakup.
on top of all of that, work is a lot currently. 3/7 are on sick leave, and the forth is absent due to a death in his family. we‘re three people having a work load that‘s challenging for seven.
a little bit of sleep and relaxation would be nice too but the more I procrastinate the less I get of that, yet the mountain of stuff to do is just so paralyzing. please help.
