La faccio molto breve. Ho già scritto precedentemente della mia vita universitaria in un post precedente, per sicurezza faccio un piccolo recap veloce qui. Sono M 23 quasi 24 anni, sono in pratica laureato in scienze poltiche (facoltà che non mi è mai piaciuta pero che ho dovuto finire per volere dei miei genitori). Ora sono iscritto a ingegneria e scienze informatiche unibo Cesena. Sono molto contento della mia scelta faccio delle materie che mi piacciono molto e mi hanno anche abbreviato la carriera (abbonandomi 47 crediti, grazie al fatto che avevo aggiunto analisi matematica a scienze politiche da un corso di statistica e poi altri crediti per altre cose). Faccio questo post perché anche se sono contento della mia scelta e ne sono sicuro al 100 %, mi sembra sempre di essere stupido in quello che faccio. Spendo molto tempo a studiare ma non in maniera efficacie (per esempio ora sto facendo programmazione in C e sono arrivato a puntatori e liste). Ed è qui il problema io sono consapevole delle mie limitazioni e difetti ma non riesco a capire come migliorare "nel modo giusto". Durante scienze politiche studiavo da solo il linguaggio C. Ero arrivato a studiare strutture dati (liste, ecc..), tuttavia ripeto, mi sento sempre stupido perchè anche se passavo tempo a studiare e fare qualche volta le sfide su vari siti mi sentivo completamente disorientato anche se quell'argomento l'avevo studiato e rivisto. Io ci tengo davvero molto a migliorare e non voglio cambiare facoltà o altro, perchè mi piace davvero tanto cio che faccio ma non riesco proprio a capire dove andare a sbattere la testa per migliorare. Questo mi crea una tristezza enorme perchè ogni giorno mi sembra solo di essere stato sconfitto. Avete dei consigli da dare? Scusate per eventuali errori grammaticali ma sto scrivendo dal cellulare

We stopped at a cave near the summit, where we camped for the night. The next day, we continued our journey to the summit. I got this error message on my PC and I can't get trough it. After consulting some Youtube tutorials, I made my USB into Windows installation device, and I got to a point where I select language, and click on "fix this device".
From this point, I found two sollutions online: One is to open command prompt with x:\windows\system32> and type bootrec /FixMbr. However, I only have x:\Sources>. Anyway, when I tried x:\Sources>bootrec /FixMbr it returned with task being succesful, however, When I turn the PC on again, I still get error 0xc000000f.
Second solution I found was to tap F12 and reinstall Windows. There, I run into a problem with Product Key, since I don't have one. I select "I don't have product key" option, I select the type of instalation (Upgrade, which keeps the files), but it returns that this option is not available. When I try the second option, "Just isntall Windows", I can't select any of the discs. And, to my understanding, this will set the PC back to factory settings, which is rather unfortunate, because I will lose all the files.
So: How can I make a back up of the files in my PC, and how can I make it running again? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello All!
Apologies in advance for the long read.
In early October I started feeling flu like symptoms thinking I had caught a bug and would feel better in a few days. Well, it was a few days later and my symptoms progressed to a 104+ temp, sever lower back pain, and vomiting up anything I tried to get down including water. I had a friend take me to urgent care where I found out my white blood cell count was extremely high, heart rate was above 160 and I was severely dehydrated. An ambulance was called to take me to the ER so I could be seen ASAP.
At the hospital I learned I had a 3 mm kidney stone blocking my ureter and the infection was so bad that I needed emergency surgery to have a nephrostomy tube placed into my kidney so it could be drained. I was admitted and remained at the hospital for over a week as I was not responding to the initial antibiotics. I honestly don’t even remember the first couple days other than the vomiting but I do know there was talks of sending me to the ICU, medically induced coma, etc. Thankfully the doctors got me on the right medication before it got that far. When I was finally discharged I not only had the tube but a midline placed so I could continue IV medication at home.
Following up with urology I was told I needed a stent placed but could not get an appointment until the first week of December. I hated the idea of having the tube in for that long but at that point there was nothing I could do. A few weeks later I developed another severe fever (I had stopped the IV treatment at this point) and ended up back in the ER for four more days. Started treatment again, changed out the tube but no infection was found so I was sent home. However, the stone had not moved at this point so the doctor decided that I should have the stone blasted along with a stent. Surgery got moved up to last Tuesday which was relief as I was more than ready to get this over with.
Woke up from surgery and was told they could not get to the stone as the passage was too narrow. A stent was placed and I would need to come back in two weeks and go through the same process for a second time. Disappointing but they did remove the nephrostomy tube which was a win. After surgery I was dealing with what felt like a UTI (lots of pressure in my bladder, urgency, etc) and some flank pain but nothing severe for the first 48 hours.
Then on day three came the fever, vomiting, chills, etc. All the symptoms I dealt with the first go around but somehow it felt even worse this go-around. Off to the hospital I went for the third time with all the same issues coupled with frustration and confusion as to why I’m continuing to get so sick. Another four days in the hospital and this time my tests came back positive for infection, though a different kind. Was sent home with an oral antibiotic that I will take through my surgery next week. However, I’m still dealing with back pain, low fevers in the morning and the feeling of a UTI.
Long story short, this is horrible! I don’t know how some of you have dealt with stones/infection for years. I’m terrified I’m going to end up back in the hospital after the next surgery. More terrified that this could happen over and over again in the future. I had no idea kidney stones could cause this much chaos in one’s life. I don’t have any friends or family that have been in this situation so it’s been nice reading other people’s experiences. Thank you for making me feel less alone!!

Anyone else have their surgery (just uterus and tubes) then immediately unable to rest and recover?! 😭 I haven’t had any rest or hardly any since surgery at 1130am on the 12th. Home at 5:30pm. I think i had like 24hrs from the time of surgery to the next day. That’s it. No help- or as much help as a 6yr old and 15yr old boy are willing. There was a meal train set up, people to come help me do (or finish) household chores, just come chat in general as you know, we’re supposed to rest after this surgery. Well NONE of that happened. Even my sister, sister in law and my close friends bailed. My husband just started a new job- he’s gone 8am to 6:30/7pm, 6 days a week. No time off AND HE got SICK for the past week with some crud as did the 6yr old- no end in sight for this crud it seems)
Since 2dpo I’ve not had much rest. I just want to sleep and cry. Every other day is appointments. My father in law is sick with so many diseases and has too many drs appts he HAS to go to and I have to go to the appts because he can’t remember half the things he was at the dr for so 15yr old permitted driver can’t drive him to most of them. I’m so tired and today just hurting Tylenol isn’t touching it and that’s all my Dr said to take past the 3 days of tramadol the pharmacy rationed out to me- ignoring the drs full rx.
Is there anything I can take to help this hurt less? Ibuprofen? I see some alternate with the tylenol? Does it help? The pain feels hot and ouchy on both sides- seems my internals are finally angry the tubes are gone? 🤣 Besides rest obviously:) (I AM really trying to not do anything when I am home and take it easy when i have to go out) thanks
