Is requesting IDs for the POA signatory when it comes to onboarding foreign companies a part of everyone's POA intake process?
Per in-person advice, we've been doing the POA (including the non-resident corporate certification) and requesting a copy of their business license, but I saw a case where CBP asked us to provide proof of POA for a non-US IOR client and they also asked for the signatory's ID copy. So we've started to request IDs for non-US entities.
However one client is saying they are unable to provide ID. If it were an individual I'd refuse them without receiving their passport, but it's a corporation and they've provided the other docs we've requested. If the POA and business license check out ok, and they offer other things like business cards, do you think it'd be ok to give the green light?

I grew up listening to interstellar and played it on piano constantly, when I heard the song Golden Hour it instantly reminded me of interstellar. That piano pattern… it would remind me of interstellar anytime… but especially during the chorus when there’s an organ-like synth that begins to swell. I’m jealous I didn’t write something like that instead of taking drugs…. I was able to play it after 2 seconds of listening. But anyways, is it just me or is it an obvious parallel?

Hi! So a bit of a background, I'm 27F, and had pretty much regular menstrual period ever since. My only PMS was dysmenorrhoea with a bit of a bowel problems, and they usually occur before or on the 1st day of my period. But this period's PMS is the worst. I became really emotional to the point that it triggered my depression in the middle of the work. Aside from that, I'm literally having vertigo spells for a week, and it came to the point that I'm afraid I would suddenly faint while walking. And don't get me started on the dysmenorrhoea, I'm having a hard time walking until I finally drank some meds. Are these really normal PMS?

The other day I was walking a horse back to her paddock after she had been seen by a vet and confirmed pregnant. There were three crows perched on a shelter, as we got closer they flew away, once I put the horse in her paddock there were two of the crows sitting on the fence, I looked away for a second and when I looked back there was just one. I’ve only seen crows at this property once before so it’s quite unusual to see them and I knew as soon as I saw them that it meant something, I’m just not sure what. Has anyone got any insight?

I have been in the most extensive pre-employment check of my life, which began after my interview for a role in September 24. At the time I was working for a company where I was having severe difficulties as I started the role without a manager, and had to take up all managerial and supervisory roles within the department from my first day there. Eventually, when they did bring a manager, she was awful. I was still doing her job, working more hours than her, and being assigned major projects with no support from her under the guise of her not “having enough training” despite the training I got being extremely limited. After an incident with the manager, I raised a formal grievance citing all of my concerns to HR and so did my two other team members. HR said my grievance was not upheld, and they did not find any reason to investigate further so I appealed the decision. My employment was terminated before I had the chance to attend an appeal, and as I was in my probationary period they said that I hadn’t passed due to my performance not meeting the standards of the company.
As I was already in the recruitment process for the other role, and I had several senior members of staff and colleagues willing to write me a good reference I wasn’t too worried. I provided one of my more senior colleagues as a reference, which was initially accepted - but now the new job wants to speak directly with the HR manager who caused me significant difficulty once I raised my grievance. It’s been almost 2 weeks and the HR manager has not responded to the new employer, despite a follow up email sent.
I asked the new employer if it would be possible for me to provide an alternative reference, they said no. I asked if I could share with them my probationary outcome with information on my termination which was sent directly by HR via docusign, they said they needed it to come directly from the organisation (this is the last email I have from new employer).
I have a few interviews coming up, because I have been unemployed for a month now and it’s been awful. I am not sure what to say to them, I really wanted this role as it is perfect for my career progression and the company checks all my boxes. But despite all of my other references (every job I have ever worked was requested), and passing all of my other pre-employment checks the new job is stuck on wanting a clear statement from HR essentially to prove that I didn’t do anything crazy while there. But it’s taking too long, and I’m not sure what to do. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Hello,
So I am new to WoW, enjoying it so far. I have gotten tired of the shadowlands crap so I'm trying to see if I can use Chromie Time to skip it, however for some reason she will no longer allow me to access that menu when she did before. I have completed all of DF and TWW, unlocked the Earthen, all that fun stuff but when I talk to her all she says now is:
"Have you heard about the Radian Song? It's calling folks from all over the Isle of Dorn! Seems like dark forces are trying to take over... I'm sure they could use your help!"
I have abandoned all quests, zoned in and out multiple times, but for whatever reason she will not let me use Chromie Time when I could use it before. Any help would be appreciated, thanks
