2024.11.28 09:41 PotentialCut1172 I created a Color Wheel of all Citadel Colours
 | I was interested in seeing all Citadel Colours (Base + Layer, non metallic) at a glance, so I created a color wheel with them. Colors are converted from RGB to HSL and then mapped to the wheel using the Hue for the angle and a combination of Saturation + Lightness for the distance to the center. The most saturated colors are along the first ring, with less saturated/lighter colors further out and less saturated/darker colors further in. RGB values and names are taken directly from the official website. Hi
I see a lot of content creators that have their main channel with long videos and then they have a second channel for shorts.
I was wondering is this the way to go? Separate long videos and short videos or just combine the two?
What do you do and do you really need to have two different channels?
Does having both long and short videos on the same channel really effect the algorithm badly?

Hi friends! I’m a current college freshman who was going through this exact same painstaking process last year, and I know many won’t believe me when I say this but everything will work out. Senior year can be rough, especially considering BS/MD programs and their terrible timelines. A little secret: I applied to over twenty BS/MDs and didn’t get into a single one! However devastating it was in the moment, I ended up at another four-year college that I felt was perfect for me, even better than the direct med route. Please don’t despair and remember it is all a moment in time. This too shall pass and this time next year you won’t even be thinking about it. Let this all wash over you and take time to care for yourself…always remembering that this really isn’t the end of the world. If you want to be a doctor, you will get it no matter what path you take. The vast, VAST majority of physicians go through four-year colleges and find great success, and I believe in you all. I’m so proud of all of you for this undertaking and all your effort, but you will get to where you need to be no matter if you get into one of these programs or not. If you don’t believe it now, you sure will feel it when spring comes, or summer break, even the start of fall semester! Many hugs and lots of love during this stressful period 🫂you will make it out on the other side!!!

Honestly doesn't even feel like it should be legal but we lack a lot of workers protections in this country so I'm sure it's allowed .. it's just so scummy though.

Sono una giovane laureata in CTF con abilitazione a farmacista. Da un paio di mesi lavoro in una farmacia nel Lazio (zona aeroporto). Stipendio abbastanza alto (~2100 euro), orario spezzato e un giorno di riposo a settimana. Il problema? Tutto. Pago quasi mille euro di appartamento (a nero!) che mi hanno trovato i datori per facilitarmi il trasloco essendo fuori regione e senza macchina; tuttavia il benefit dell'alloggio (€500) me lo fanno figurare in busta paga, su cui vado a pagare tantissime tasse. Gli orari di lavoro me li cambiano giorno per giorno, i datori non mi possono sopportare in quanto volevano farmi un contratto da 30 ore e io mi sono imposta sulle 40 e questo a loro non va giù-me lo rinfacciano spesso che "guadagno" più delle mie colleghe decisamente più brave. I flussi della farmacia sono estremamente alti, la richiesta di prestazione è elevatissima e a me sta iniziando a pesare tutto. Non ho amici, la mia famiglia è lontana, non vedo il motivo di continuare a stare qui, la mattina mi sveglio e mi viene da piangere per aver accettato questo lavoro e aver rifiutato tante altre proposte migliori (esempio? 3 giorni prima che venissimo mi avevano chiamato da un'industria farmaceutica sita a Bari, nella mia regione). Mi pento ogni singolo giorno e l'idea di rimanere qui altri 4 mesi mi mette l'angoscia....
Ovviamente ci sono tante altre cose che ho dimenticato di scrivere che al momento non mi vengono in mente ma che magari aggiungerò. Purtroppo sono una persona estremamente bonacciona e molto, molto ingenua.
Consigli su come comportarmi?

 | Hey guys, So here is a the deal: after 1 specific date I started seeing a growing number of unassigned traffic on the site. GA4 also showed anomaly at this specific date. I'm managin an account that works in 4 countries, the spike can only be tracked in 1 country the others are unaffacted. I've been doing some digging: - There were no updates on that specific date by the dev team, no new release etc. - The unssigned traffic has "not set" as session source / medium and I cannot see where they are coming from - they are part from Chrome, part from Safari with various screen sizes, mobile / desktop devices - I thought they might be some kind of scraper bots but the average session time and engagement seem realistic (usually with bots these should be really small if I got it correctly) Now my last idea is that there is some redirection issue, somewhere in the process the source tag is being lost. I fired up the debugging mode also, checked the most affected links but everything seems to work correclty. Do you have any other ideas in which direction to go? I Remember hearing the claim that genestealers are faster than space marines, considering space marines are fast enough to inflict transhuman dread, is it even possible to draw a weapon before a genestealer murder blends you, and if you do draw a weapon, would hitting not just be pure luck as their no way you can track something being that fast.
In short how many people with lasguns are needed to kill a genestealer.
Are genestealers stronger than nid warriors, seems like that speed hard to beat.
