Whenever I wake up from a nap or a full night's sleep, I wake up in so much pain and my entire body feels so stiff. It has been more intense off late. Does this happen with anyone else? I wonder if the constant inflammation inside has something to do with it.
For a little while after waking up I walk around like a penguin because there’s just too much pain and stiffness to be able to walk normally :(

I'm getting my hands on Options and learning by paper trading on IBKR. IBKR seems a bit overwhelming, as it's packed with too many this and that.
- Will the OPRA subscription be good enough for paper trading purposes? Or do I need all four = NASDA+NYSE+ARCA+OPRA. I mostly practice with SPY, QQQ, TSLA, and NVDA and I just want to load the charts, option chain, tapes, and place orders with real-time data to practice long calls and puts.

I got an email from HR saying that I have failed to "imputer mes jours de la semaine précédente". I read imputer and I felt attacked.
My French is not that bad, but dear lord I'm starting to think that the French I learned in school is hardly spoken in France, much less in French tech cirlcles.

My uncle (M47) is morbidly obese (400+ lbs.) and he has been having stomach issues for years but lately it seems it has gotten worse. Here’s some information on him: • doesn’t eat/drink healthy • he drinks these g-fuel things multiple times a day • I really never see him eat veggies or fruits • he’ll drink a lot of soft drinks • doesn’t exercise; sedentary all day • walking to the car puts him out of breath • doesn’t shower or brush his teeth
My family is concerned about him and are trying to get him to go to the hospital but he refuses to. I’m trying to show him that he should go to the hospital incase it’s not just something as simple as changing your diet
