Hello Reddit!
I'm doing a school project on LoRa, and we want to develop something that enables us to monitor and detect network issues.
The problem here is that I have very little knowledge about LoRa, but I'm trying my best. I'm trying to find factors it can take into account when monitoring. Currently I've found:
- RSSI (low signal = bad connection)
- SNR (negative SNR = bad connection)
- Packet-loss
- Round trip time (longer time > worse connection?)

Hi everybody,
Recently turned 19, and am looking to set myself up financially for the future.
Later on in life, I want to buy an investment property, and my first question is, does your credit score influence the interest rate you can get?
If so, is worth signing up for a credit card and trying to maximise my score.
I heard one way to do this is just to put a small regular transcation on it (like a phone bill) and just have it pay it off on time every month.
Is there any other methods to increasing credit score?

Atualmente, há cerca de 10,3 milhões de carros, motos, utilitários, caminhões e ônibus ou similares que não pagam Imposto sobre a Propriedade de Veículos Automotores (IPVA) no Estado de São Paulo.
Segundo a Sefaz-SP (Secretaria da Fazenda e Planejamento), o Estado tem 29,2 milhões de veículos registrados. Ou seja, 35,3% estão livres do recolhimento do tributo.
A Sefaz-SP divulga, ainda, que foram R$ 4,8 bilhões em renúncia fiscal ou o montante de dinheiro que São Paulo deixou de arrecadar com as isenções.
O órgão detalha que, atualmente, são exatos 29.267.783 veículos emplacados no estado paulista.
A maioria esmagadora de isenções é por tempo de fabricação, que, em SP, é de 20 anos ou mais: 82,7% ou 8.554.713 veículos. Isenção para PCDs (Pessoas com Deficiência) responde a 3,1%, com 323.859 unidades.
Há, ainda, outras três categorias. Para o transporte coletivo de passageiros, táxi e corpos diplomáticos, o Estado concede o benefício da isenção. Já para veículos de entidades assistenciais, partidos políticos e sindicatos de trabalhadores, a imunidade tributária é constitucional.
Por fim, veículos de locadoras têm alíquota diferenciada no Estado. Em vez dos 4% para pessoas físicas, estas empresas pagam apenas 1%. Neste regime, são 106.201 veículos.

My roommate has 8 cats and they recently got fleas cause I've seen them with the collars on. I didn't really think much of it and I was petting one of them and within the last week or so I have fleas and I can NOT stand it!!
I feel like they're crawling on me 24/7 and I've been finding them on me or on my blanket even tho I washed my bedding. I've stopped petting the cats but I've read that fleas can jump like 13 inches so maybe there was no way I wasn't going to get fleas.
The cats don't come into my room. I HAVE to talk to her about it tomorrow because I can't take it anymore I'm gonna go insane. The issues are that she works at a vet comic clinic so I feel like she's gonna think she knows everything there is about the fleas and brush me off or not take it seriously. I've come to her with issues before and she just likes to say "I'm sorry?" In a confused way and then I let it go.
I can NOT do that this time. Is a professional necessary? We rent so it shouldn't be that big of a deal. Also there's no carpet in the house it's all wood floors, so should we still vacuum? I have NOWHERE to go if she won't take care of this issue due to not having a job (I'm on ssi) and even if I DID have the money, ppl want to charge almost $1k a month to rent a ROOM and sometimes that's not even including utilities!
I need all the help I can get. After I leave here, I can't live with pets anymore. These cats don't even go outdoors so idk how they have fleas.
