Meu namorado estava comentando de passar o Natal com a sua família, porém já falei para ele que minha mãe ficaria extremamente incomodada se ele não passasse junto com a minha família. Ela acredita que é obrigação do homem passar com a família da mulher e não o contrário.
Sem condições de fazer um Natal unindo as duas partes (família dele e a minha).
Seria babaca se obrigasse ele a passar com a minha família, pedindo para que ele entenda a situação com a minha mãe? Ou ele seria um namorado ruim caso acabe passando com a dele?

I play Warzone on PS4 and when I go to the game, everything is reset, not setting not level, but my weapons and my personal space, my invitations are closed, and when I go to a match or open and close the game, it says open. And when I play, I level up something, I have a good attachment, but it doesn't show attachments and there is no attachment or when i change the attachment it's show previous one, please help me, save me from this freaking bug

I had uploaded all the pre offer documents after the interveiw and got the offer 1 week after that without any salary negotiations. The package mentioned in the offer letter is below my expectations
I was planning to decline the offer, but got a call from the hr today, she is telling me that I am already an employee of the company, rejecting the offer won't make any differenc "* all the documents are in companies portal *" blah blah, rejecting the offer will delay the joining period. She also a booking a lab for pre joining medical test nearby my area.
It is how it works? Can I just reject the offer and not pick thier calls?

Hi everyone. I am aware of the common criticism of Ability or Spell Creation. I do also get heavily annoyed when I read "In this TTRPG your power can be anything!" or worse "Work with your GM to define what it is." Yet I am an offender in both categories! Explanation: My game draws inspiration from Shonens and High Fantasy, in a low fantasy world. Everyone has innate powers and whenever you meet a new character they can do something thematic and cool. Therefore, coming up with essentially a cool superpower (except its not THAT strong) is important: you don't want every new shonen villain to just be a fire mage right? That means someone has to estimate the level of exceptionalism of the ability in order to balance its power. Therefore it is a collaboration between DM and players.
I know, I'm doing what I claimed to dislike. But I don't think that concept is the actual problem in and of itself; I think we dislike lazy design handing away the actual work they are supposed to do. But I want to give a clean and elegant framework where the only step required would be to actually come up with the cool power, but the balancing and details would actually be taken care of and the system would do the heavy lifting.
The original idea (and something I've heard a lot from stuff like Ars Magicka) is to define a power budget and then cleverly assign costs to all aspects of the range, potency, duration, zone etc. I find this produces two problem in my eyes: one, it does not cover at all anything you can come up with through Magic (especially freeform Magic). What if I wanna create a Bark Armor? How does this fit in the number crunching of the system? Push away opponents? Create an antimagic shield bubble? And then, the other problem is that it lacks elegance to me. I feel like a video game designer who would show within the game how to code a new ability and the whole toolbox so that the player can "do it themselves".
I want something more flexible, that can at the same time cover the numbers within the system. I also want this to be easy: less bells and whistles, less buttons and cranks and adjustable values. The player shouldnt have a power budget to decide if they want that ability to do 13 or 15 damage.
So, what I have thus far is a "Catalogue" of potential actions with very generalist rules. They are sorted in 3 types: Common, Singular and Exceptional. Then they are ordered by Categories: Movement, Offense, Protection... Singular and Exceptional actions are not usable by just anyone, you need to acquire them by creating an Ability. Examples: A "Singular" Movement action called Quickdash, and an "Exceptional" Movement action, Teleportation. Both have very simple rules.
Now, Abilities cost resources to use, so you cannot spam them. I also don't want "limited uses per day" because that is not a resource management, you can just unleash everything you spared and "have to use anyway" at the end of the day on an easy encounter, for example. I want the players to get more tools but it would cost too much resources to use all of them. The resource cost increases with the "exceptionalism" of the action". Then, you can add a condition of activation to the ability to reduce its resource cost: again, it uses the same words "Common", "Singular" and "Exceptional". If your "Exceptional" ability only activates under an "Exceptional" condition, then the resource cost is greatly reduced or even negated. Occasional range increase or combination of several actions together increases the resource cost.
This is where I'm at. I am curious to hear if anyone pulled a great system to do Custom Abilities at any point, and I'd love to hear your thoughts (and how you would break) my idea.

I didn't touch many tanks for a while. Since the skill rework i chose to dust off some of them to see how they feel. So it occured to me yesterday that i took the LT-100 and had a great round. Unfortunately i couldn't quite carry out a 1v 3 game (the exact reason being i got clapped by arty since the med and repairkit were on cooldown i was a easy snack to the grille. Otherwise it had been a easy game). After game i received (not the first) complaint of me being a potatoe player for not having a single gunmark on it (because i just don't have a meaningfull ammount of games on it)
I generally play for fun. I never chased gunmarks, instead played whatever i feel funny about leading to a bunch of 2 marks and veeery few 3 gun mark tanks. So ultimately, what do they represent? And why is it an issue to not be litteraly the top of 95% of players?
Sure i can tell myself to ignore such fanmails but i also wanna improve too

on the root of my sd card i put "games" -> "Mario Party 6 [GP6E01]" -> and renamed the iso to "game.iso" but the game doesnt pop up, the game paths are correct "sd -> games". am i doing something wrong or does it take a different procedure now?
