Sto cercando un commercialista o un esperto fiscale che risponda ad alcune domande sulle agevolazioni fiscali per i lavoratori comunitari residenti in Italia, in base all'articolo 16 del decreto legislativo 147/2015.
Sono arrivato a Bologna nel maggio 2023, dove ho un contratto di lavoro, un contratto di affitto e sono residente da quel mese.

I’ve been paying debt well, slipped up and got back into it. This time, I have a tooth procedure in December then a wedding in June. I asked why they weren’t having the wedding in New York and I was told “to save money” what fucking sense does it make to save money on your end but have your guests spend. I really am contemplating not going.
These and other setbacks (car crapped out, had to get a new one) have left me completely hopeless. I’m 31 and I was looking to pay off a good 70% of it this year then invest into myself. I already had another tooth procedure this year so insurance is maxed out. I’ve been disciplined but this has been extremely discouraging i can’t drive Lyft with my newer vehicle because I don’t want to put excess wear and tear on it. I mean 2-4 a week would make a difference but thats still a lot. and that was a good racket. I’m about to explode from frustration and Ive already been drinking more lately.

When you have slept and look in your garden to see what it is about and all the Pokémon in there have different friendship levels
These levels represent how well you might get a Sub skill rarity, White, Blue or Gold
Higher the level, better the rarity ?
Questions
Is it best to leave base form Pokémon in the garden until they have risen quite a bit in level say like 15 to 20
Will that Pokémon return back to the garden to continue to level up or will it disappear for ever
Is it best to give a Pokémon a red basic biscuit to keep it interested in returning but this is risky as it could make the Pokémon full
What are ways to make the Pokémon friendship level get higher and higher
It's not worth investing time into a base 2 evolution, because of its lower level main skill
What level should I be catching there at ? Any high level ones
Would it be best to leave a shiny in the garden in hopes of it returning to level up more in the friendship level to get a better shiny (iam not sure and don't know if you'll have to wait forever for it to come again sue to shiny rates or because that Pokémon has come to your garden its more liked to return again)
Any other tips, these are questions I would like people to answer

My Current Net Worth Across everything I have is - 2 Crore [75% Equity, 25% Debt+gold]
Age - 32, Male. Married with a working spouse [NW - 0.5 Lakhs]
Both of us come from a lower middle-class background having grown up in Mumbai chawls and have never owned a home.
Homes in the area where I currently live are around 2 Crore for a 2 BHK and just about within Spose and my reach now We did not want to go negative and waited for 5 years to reach this level that we can even consider thinking of buying a home
My heart keeps saying to buy a house and get a permanent address for the family, mind says need more money before I take the plunge and should rent for a few more years
For clarification: I will take a 1 Crore loan but technically 50% NW will be in the home
