So, I’ve been talking to this girl for a while, and we’ve already been on four dates. In the beginning, things were great—she would call me, and we’d talk for hours. But over the past week and a half, I feel like there’s some distance creeping in.
Messaging has noticeably slowed down. She used to text me daily, but now it sometimes takes her a day or two to reply. When she does respond, she still engages in the conversation and keeps it going (most of the time), so it’s not like she’s cold or disinterested in her messages.
Recently, I asked her when we could meet again. Her response was really positive—she said, “I really wanna see you tbh” and “Miss ya”. That made me feel good about things, but when I tried to pin down a date, it got a bit vague. The first time I asked, she said she was sick, so I gave her space. The second time (a few days ago), she told me, “I’m almost home, I’ll check my schedule and get back to you.”
The problem? It’s been two days now, and I haven’t heard anything about her schedule. Meanwhile, she’s been super active on social media.
I’m conflicted. Should I message her again and ask if she’s had a chance to check her schedule, or should I just let this fizzle out? I don’t want to come across as too pushy, but I also don’t want to waste my time if she’s losing interest.
TDLR: Went on 4 dates with a girl who used to call and message me a lot, but now she’s taking longer to reply (1-2 days) even though she’s still engaging in conversations. She says she wants to see me and misses me, but hasn’t followed through on making plans after two days of “checking her schedule.” Meanwhile, she’s very active on social media. Disclaimer: I have hardly any experience with lavalier microphones in live use. However, I am always amazed at how well they sound in large TV studios with sometimes loud audiences. Especially when they are mounted in ties and the presenter moves around a lot. They can also be heard in some cases in the studio on the PA, without feedback, etc.
Whenever I try something like this out, you can hear all kinds of noises, movements, etc. but you can't hear any of that on TV. Do they use special audio DSPs or something similar in such cases? (e.g. Waves Clarity VX Pro)

Hey Reddit, I’m really struggling right now and need some advice or perspective. My girlfriend (F24) and I (M27) were together for 2 years, and it was my first serious relationship (her second). I’ll try to provide some context:
- She’s beautiful, outgoing, and always speaks her mind. I’ve admired that about her.
- I don’t come from a wealthy background, while she does, which occasionally created some unspoken tension.
- One major challenge in our relationship was her past — she’d sometimes compare me to her ex, though she would apologize afterward.
- We had very different emotional needs. She has an anxious-avoidant personality and was fine with minimal communication, while I thrive on frequent communication and quality time.
- She expected me to "chase" her often, but I also felt burnt out from trying to balance her expectations with my own struggles.
- My business went through a rough patch, and I’ve been dealing with losses. When I pitched a new venture idea, she got irritated and said some harsh things, which hurt.
- Over time, her lack of communication increased due to her work. She’s a workaholic and prioritizes her job above everything, which left me feeling neglected.
- I have a high libido, but she’s likely borderline asexual. This created a mismatch, though we tried to navigate it.
I begged her to reconsider, and we even met up in person, where she cried and said we should part ways. I’m looking for others who have silent endo or suspected silent endo and have had success. What was your experience? How did you find success? I know many people have success after Lupron depot but I did that and clearly that isn’t working for me. Should I push for a laparoscopy?
Back story… My second FET just failed. I did a receptiva test prior to my FETs and tested positive for the biomarker for inflammation (suspected silent endo as I have no other symptoms, except minor spotting in luteal phase). I did a two month course of Lupron depot and letrozole. My first FET with a 5AA euploid embryo failed, no implantation. My second FET with a 5AA euploid embryo also failed, no implantation. After the first one, I thought we were just on the wrong side of the stats. The protocol was the same for both, modified natural. We have two euploid embryos left (4AB and 6BB). I can’t help but feel like it’s my lining and not the embryo that is the issue. And so scared to move into a third FET, that seems like it will just fail. I am just so heartbroken and devastated. 💔

Is there any krant thats fairly easy to read? A radio station with easier (slower) talk?

They mean well and have the troupe's best interests at heart but they can come off as controlling. Since this member has been leadership, social media presence has increased, the troupe has performed more shows both locally and have traveled. This person has booked rehearsal and performance spaces, arranged lodging for an out of state trip, and lead the effort for acquiring team jerseys. So, results were positive but the other leaders would like more of a say. What actions would you take? Once I have your responses, I will tell you what happened. This isn't about me but someone who I care about.
