2024.11.28 11:30 Sawper888 The things I notice in this update and my comments about it
- The dungeon-themed items. They are gone, the items are so randomly dropping now.
- The epic weapons. They are gone too, they should have kept those as they are fun to collect and to use.
- The hierarchy system on weapons and variations. The weapons and rarity drops so random in this update that it's annoying. The weapons are so few in variations now, including the crafted ones.
- Old insane weapons. Where are they? They should have kept those as drops along with the new ones. They are great especially the ones that can alter the skills.
- The New UI is lame. It's so confusing and cluttered. It takes time to collect all the rewards, the inventory system is confusing also and hard to manage.
- The whole weapon upgrade is too confusing and hard to navigate. It seems that it will be hard to obtain the stats that we want for our weapons, the prefixes and suffixes. The Fatebounds were good tho as you can swap the unswappable before. The resources for the upgrades also are hard to farm.
- They should have added new dungeons instead, along with new sets of weapons.
- The whole skill modification system is great for personalization of play style, but they shouldn't rip off some of the skills of each class, instead it should compliment the insane fatebound skills.
- It's laggy and the fps drop are insane!

I have recently been rejected from an EO role with the MOD following an interview.
The behaviours I was assessed against were changing and improving, leadership and communicating and influencing for which I scored a 6, 5 and 4 respectively.
In recent months I have been placed on reserve list for other EO roles with similar scores but its hard to ascertain where I'm going wrong or if these scores simply aren't high enough. For what its worth as a 27 year old with over four years of operational experience I sometimes consider myself somewhat overqualified for EO roles but struggle to reach the benchmark for HEO roles at the sift stage.
My question is are scores such as those considered average for an interview at an EO level and are they typically enough to secure a position? Additionally, I am trying to understand how I can improve my performance to consistently meet or exceed the required benchmarks.

2024.11.28 11:30 Adamical 38 and lost. Any advice or insight?
Hi, everyone. Like most on this sub, I'm in a bit of a pickle with my work. For the last seven years I've been an illustratoanimator but got made redundant in August. Before that I worked as an account manager for five years and before that a communications assistant for two. Before that I was a mixture of a bum and a writer (degree in journalism) but nothing super professional.
I've tried to get more work in art, I've tried to get more work in digital account management and I've tried to get more work in communications and I'm hitting brick walls at every turn. I looked into marketing too and it seemed quite toxic (and saturated), but I could be wrong. Art is super cutthroat now and trying to get work in the other areas with nearly a decade as an artist is working against me, I assume.
I'm utterly lost. All these paths seem like dead ends, and I don't know what other paths are viable without excessive training, which I really dont have the funds for, living in the UK.
Any thoughts on possible paths? Any similar experiences? And words of encouragement?
I'll entertain all avenues at this point. :(

Title says it. I don’t care about any other upgrades or modifications, I just need this particular livery.
I have the game on my PC, which I use only for story so that I can play around with mods. I try cars out there before I commit to buying them on my Xbox. Well, when I was playing around with the different tuner cars to find out which one I liked best, I did not realize that the negative speed demon livery was a FOMO reward. So now I’m stuck unless one of you, ladies or gentlemen, or anyone in between or outside of, can help me out.
