Rich or poor, male or female, there's always some bias.
The pune case where the rich person just handled the matter with bribes. Oh god, the value of two person's life was calculated in some amount of money and an essay. How the boy's father bribed the police and the hospital staff to mess up the records.
The cases where females were wronged but due to some political connections of the person who wronged them or if he had money, they didn't get any justice. The reason why so many females are scared of filing a case. They do have the power to file, and they are taken very seriously but just not when they got wronged by these two kinds.
Matter of fact more than half the no. of cases for SA and harassment are false allegations according to NCRB. This is another issue.
Just heard some case regarding gender-based injustice.
A female pilot who was 25 years old suicided without a suicide note and her boyfriend was arrested immediately where he was sent to prison for 4 days and saw his clothes' conditions. While the said bf wrote a suicide note with evidence of harassment and it took police two months to just lodge an fir? What the heck is this system?
There was a ola driver case if you'd remember where a woman beat up a guy by slapping him again and again on the road which went viral. And even in that, the police was standing at the side watching that woman beat that man. And after she calmed down, it was the victim who was prisoned. And then she also tried to manipulate the media by showing bandages on her arm and saying that she was the one who was beaten when there's literally video records of her. The fact that the journalists didn't question her for this response at the spot just baffles me. Moreover, at the end, she never got jailed. The man was indeed released from the prison.
I am not too much into religion but have read and heard of stories about them as well. But since I lack knowledge in that regard, it'd be better for me not to say anything.
Is this really the justice system that the kids are reading about in school which is supposed to give a fair and unbiased judgment? Like one person being rich/politician associated/female just get some biasedness?
