Hey Reddit, Iām really struggling right now and need some advice or perspective. My girlfriend and I were together for 2 years, and it was my first serious relationship (her second). Iāll try to provide some context:
- Sheās beautiful, outgoing, and always speaks her mind. Iāve admired that about her.
- I donāt come from a wealthy background, while she does, which occasionally created some unspoken tension.
- One major challenge in our relationship was her past ā sheād sometimes compare me to her ex, though she would apologize afterward.
- We had very different emotional needs. She has an anxious-avoidant personality and was fine with minimal communication, while I thrive on frequent communication and quality time.
- She expected me to "chase" her often, but I also felt burnt out from trying to balance her expectations with my own struggles.
- My business went through a rough patch, and Iāve been dealing with losses. When I pitched a new venture idea, she got irritated and said some harsh things, which hurt.
- Over time, her lack of communication increased due to her work. Sheās a workaholic and prioritizes her job above everything, which left me feeling neglected.
- I have a high libido, but sheās likely borderline asexual. This created a mismatch, though we tried to navigate it.
I begged her to reconsider, and we even met up in person, where she cried and said we should part ways. She feels marriage (something I need to consider in the next few years due to traditional timelines) is not for her, and staying together might mean holding each other back. Sheās now adamant that breaking up is the best decision, even though Iāve told her Iām at rock bottom and need her in my life.
Itās been a week, and Iāve accepted that weāre done, but I canāt stop hurting. I feel like sheās been influenced by someone or something, and itās hard to believe this is what she truly wants. I canāt imagine life without her and donāt know how to move forward.
Hereās where I need your advice:
- How do I cope with this breakup, especially when I feel like I need her the most right now?
- Is there any way to get her back, or should I just let go completely?
- How do I rebuild my life when it feels like everything (my relationship and business) is falling apart at once?

hello, I'm from province po. isa po ako sa first year na inabutan ng pandemic. yung school namin sa province, hindi nagtuturo. netong nag-4th year na ako, na-realize ko na gusto kong mag-take ng board exam kaso pakiramdam ko huli na lahat. wala akong alam halos sa lahat ng subjs na dapat master ko na ngayon. kahit petty cash nalilito pa rin ako.
nalulungkot po ako, napaisip ako na mahalaga pala talaga yung university rin na magagabayan ka talaga buong first year. yung hindi nagtuturo na prof namin, sa una lang naman masaya na feel mo ang luwag-luwag pero kapag maiisip ko, "shet wala akong alam, paano ako mag-board exam?"
any tips po, encouraging words, and experiences nyo po?
graduating po ako pero kulang-kulang talaga knowledge ko. please help po. hindi ko po alam paano magstart. paano ko bubuuin career ko? nagpa-plan po ako mag-tesda bookkeeping or certified accounting technician sana ngayong undergrad. para may mailagay sa resume.
hindi ko po kasi alam kung magsasayang lang ako ng pera sa review center kasi mahirap lang po kami. huli na po ba lahat?
please help po na-ooverwhelm po ako sa lahat. thank you š„ŗ

I'm a 58 year old wf. After menopause I started getting much higher bp readings at the doctor's office (130 to 160 over 80-90). I've been keeping a log to determine my need for BP meds. I was told to rest several minutes before taking it. At home it's averaged in the teens over 70's. I have an anxiety disorder which probably causes it to be high at times. If you only take bp at rest wouldn't this be falsely low for what the average throughout the day is? Since I'm very anxious I imagine I spend a lot of time in the higher range. Do I need meds if resting bp is low? Sometimes as low as 96/65. Sorry for the rambling question. I'm confused!

Ich mache regelmƤĆig von verschiedenen Webseiten einen PDF Druck, aber teilweise sieht das PDF total kaputt aus. Von der originalen Formatierung ist nicht mehr viel Ć¼brig.
Die Alternativen (1) Screenshot zu machen, finde ich umstƤndlich und eine Bilddatei wie PNG nicht nach Schlagwƶrtern durchsuchbar.
Oder (2) eine HTML Datei abspeichern ist leider auch oft unsauber oder lƤsst sich dann nicht richtig ƶffnen oder die ganze Formatierung ist komplett kaputt.
Was wƤre denn eurer Meinung nach eine gute und simple Lƶsung oder Alternative, ohne neue Software zu installieren?
