I use "Please do the needful" instead of "Please merge, build and deploy the code" as I'm not sure what all needs to be done, nor do I need to know. If I'm specific and wrong (we don't deploy till this evening or I miss getting the release notes together) then at best I'll get questions about my mistakes that lengthen the process or a step is missed or done too early which causes actual problems. First of all, did is the past tense form of the verb to do (which is also used as an auxiliary verb to help form questions in English). When you say that you did something, you're talking about something that happened in the past. Do is the present tense form of the verb to do. It's used to talk about present tense situations. 2) "Where do you come from" sounds kind of awkward and outdated. I think this is because it includes the present-tense verb "do" in a question about a past-tense action (coming from somewhere). This is perfectly understandable and you can say this if you prefer - I'd still suggest the other way though. People on the Internet say that it's based on the context, but they suggest the form without the. However, when I read the Wikipedia article, the first sentence is the following: The United St... For Primary auxiliaries (be/have/do), and Modal auxiliaries (will, would, can, could, may, might, shall, should, must, ought to, used to): Simply reverse the statement to form the question. For all others use ‘do’ to form questions: Place the verb before the subject. Whatever the pragmatics, the absence of do support is sufficient evidence to prove that the verb is being used as an auxiliary. Your example "Have you ever had an English book?" is irrelevant, since "have" is always an auxiliary verb in the perfect, as evidenced by the impossibility of do support. – Here are some good answers to the question, "Do you have money?" Yes. Yes, I do. Yes, I have money. Yes, I have five dollars. As Ustanak points out, Yes, I do have money. is grammatically correct, but it is only natural when one wants to make an emphatic response. My grammar book says that if you saw the complete action you use do/get/drive: "I saw him fall off the wall." Otherwise you use -ing: "I saw him standing at the bus stop." A native American speaker said that he doesn't agree with that and there is no difference whether you use -ing or not. 1) Do you know what is it? 2) Do you know what it is? I kinda do a Google research on this and basically most people say it should be the first one but unfortunately the correct one is the second one. Why it is so? If we refer to the rule of making question (WH-word + verb to be/verb to have + subject + verb + description). Can "how about" be used in this way? 2024.11.28 12:37 mkohagan 10W charging output with (up to) 60W charger? (and any other charger for that matter)
Have a look through the screenshots. Bought a new charger that should output up to 60W. Pixel 9 Pro is around 30W max right? So any reason why I'm getting 10W?
I turned off Adaptive Charging but that didn't make a difference. Is it anything to do with being at 80%+ battery that means the charging rate slows down? I think I remember seeing another post saying that output drops after around 70%, is that true?

Looks like its being ushered in step by step. So right now its not very restrictive.
But it seems like no one really understands how to implement it in practice yet. Can only find a opinions/speculations about the act on youtube.
