2024.11.28 12:50 Full_Improvement_392 Does convergence insufficiency improve if you become more myopic
Recently got LASIK and it seems to have severely exasturbated an underlying convergence issues. As I went from myopic to hyperopic it seems that the condition associated with near sight is much worse. I had lots of balance problems and migranes a few years ago and once I got standard glasses for the myopia all my problems went away as those glasses seemed to improve my ability to do near work too. Not sure if I should just wait for my eyes to become more myopic again and just get regular glasses or if I will need to go down the prism route.

É meu primeiro post aqui, então caso eu quebre alguma regra não escrita ou pareça ingênuo demais, eu lamento.
A questão toda é a seguinte: a realidade para os concursos no Brasil é de seguir a tendência em sua maioria de ter como requisito o ensino superior. Em muitos, pouco importa. O tecnólogo em Gastronomia pode ser Auditor da Receita Federal.
Em se tratando disso, e pela área de concursos em específico (para qual eu estudo) já ser quase unânime esse requisito, me deparei com a possibilidade de tecnólogos. Formação em 2 anos, "mata" o problema do ensino superior e com unido a uma suposta aprovação = alegria (quase) infinita. Tentador. Mais tentador ainda seria a possibilidade da tal "Graduação Acelerada", onde ao invés de 24 meses, ela se daria em 18 meses. Isso é MUITO mais tentador, se tratando de ganhar tempo, haja vista que se aprovado, mesmo em CR e ser chamado, pedir fim de fila seria frustrante, com a possibilidade de não ser chamado novamente e todo aquele hercúleo esforço despendido não valer de nada.
Peço a ajuda de vocês e também as sugestões: - Existem realmente formações desse gênero RECONHECIDAS pelo MEC? Não apenas autorizadas, mas reconhecidas. - E bem, se tratando da área de Tribunais/MP's e afins, deixem sugestões tanto de graduações quanto de universidades/faculdades (Gran, Uniasselvi, Uninassau, UFMS, tanto faz. Apenas me elucidem melhor sobre isso). As ideias e a propagação do debate me parecem sempre bem-vindas.

2024.11.28 12:50 adrock923 Root Canal Retreatment Pain And Weird Taste
Had root canal retreatment done on top right back molar on Tuesday. Endo went through current crown and filled it. Felt great all day yesterday but then woke up in the middle of the night with pain and an odd taste coming from the area where the crown is (is it cement or filling material maybe).
Pain isn’t crazy but the taste won’t go away and it was perfectly fine yesterday. I’ve even refrained from chewing on it since I had the work done.
Any idea what it could be?

2024.11.28 12:50 readndrun HDMI delay with the PRO when switching inputs
Switched to the Pro from the OG console, everything went smooth except for this one little thing, but it’s kind of annoying.
When switching HDMI inputs to the Pro there’s always a delay with the video. My TV is the Samsung QN90B, and it says there is no source connected for 5-10 seconds when switching to the pro. It shows up eventually.
Reason I’m concerned is 1) this wasn’t a problem with the OG console, and 2) this probably has to due with faulty HDMI port on the PS5 Pro. I remember my XBOX series X had the same issue later in its lifecycle and I had to get its HDMI port fixed, so it’s concerning that the new Pro has this issue right out the box. Perhaps I’m overreacting.
Anyone else experience this?
