2024.11.28 14:00 AdHot3508 Why is Meta only delivering my ads to FB and not the other platforms I chose?
H all,
So I started a traffic campaign on 24/11 to drive link clicks and set it to deliver to IG & FB. (reels, stories, explore, feed, basically the normal mediums when promoting music). After checking the campaign stats after 2/3 days it was doing well. It had loads of clicks & impressions which is great, but when I went to dig deeper under the "placement per platform" section, I saw it was ONLY delivering to FB.
Literally ALL the traffic came from there, which kind of confused me as I know I set the ad set to deliver to the previous mentioned mediums. I had advantage+ placements on though so not sure if that was why, maybe the A+ algo thought it was performing better on FB? Even if that was the case, for NOTHING to deliver to IG was a bit weird to me, so I turned off Advantage+ placements and chose the placements I put in the first paragraph manually.
After another 2 days I checked the stats, and saw the same thing was happening, ads were only being delivered to FB and not IG. I actually had to edit the ad set and remove the all facebook placements so it would start delivering to IG. I'm now unsure how to get this ad to deliver to both platforms, because if I add FB placements back will the same thing happen?
Does anyone know why meta is doing this or have any advice?

Hi I’m from Sydney and will be in Perth from 5-8 December.
I pretty much have two free days and the rest is for work and flying out in the morning.
I so far think I would spend time at Rottnest island and Fremantle based on my research.
Question: Is it worth joining a day tour to Rottnest island or should I just go myself? Any other must do you recommend? Where should I stay to be more convenient? Food recommendations? Any tips?

We are visiting them for the holiday and he randomly told me, a concert who has since left, that a major part of the conflict with Missouri and in the early days of the church was that Missouri was pro slavery and the church was anti. I'm no expert but I did say "but they did seal a slave to JS as a servant, so we're they really anti-slaveth?" To which he had no response. It was just kinda funny. I hope he looked it up.

Warning to anyone thinking of booking flights with easyJet. I was just in the process of booking a flight from the UK to Portugal for late next year and, having gone through almost every step of the process including selecting the flights, seat selection, adding on luggage, adding passenger names etc., just as I went to pay I had a window pop up saying "due to revised inventory, the price of your flight has increased". The outbound flight had doubled from £55 to £110.
There is absolutely no way anyone else was looking at this flight at the same time as me, it's to a fairly non-touristy part of the country, not peak season, not for a festival/event that has been announced or anything like that. I just can't see how there would have been a surge in demand during my booking time that would have led to this. Is this not just blatant price gouging? Advertising one price then changing it at the last minute. I'm surprised this is even legal (especially in the EU).
In the end I abandoned the transaction and booked tickets with BA instead, a tad more expensive than the original easyJet price but still noticeably cheaper than their revised price and it means not giving money to scummy price gougers... great business strategy there easyJet!

Moments where you just closed the game after the fight and nearly thought of uninstalling it lol
For example: I once had a very close fight against a broly user. We both had about 10% health left and I made a Z-Dash and did hit him from the back. Hit him around 2 times and wanted to finish the combo and all of a sudden he made a supersonic sway. I mean I kind of understand that you can do a supersonic sway at the beginning of a combo even though you already got hit but the biggest bs in this situation was, that we (me and broly) both faced the same direction lmao. He used supersonic sway even though he didn’t look at me and I was facing his back. This was some next level ultra instinct. I mean sure you can say that it may had something to do with the connection but this moment was truly a moment where I thought “this is bs”.
Of course all the cheesy moments like ki blast spamming, afterimage strike, unblockable ultras,… are also bs moments but I kind of got already used to it lmao

2024.11.28 13:59 nicoEmt PRO X SUPERLIGHT can't power up/connect by itself (0% Battery in GHUB)
Hi,
i have a Problem with my PRO X SUPERLIGHT, namely that after it turns of (standby or manually off), it can't reestablish its connection to the LIGHTSPEED receiver (/cant turn on by itself, whatever of the two the LED lighting up is indicating).
Only when I plug it in (to either power from a wall adapter or the pc with the receiver plugged into it) it turns on, the LED on top lights up green and it connects to the receiver (visible in G HUB). Then I can unplug and just use it wirelessly until I turn it off/it turns itself off again. (e.g. over night, standby, etc.),
But, after unplugging the cable, the LED turns red for a couple seconds, then off. It only turns back on when I plug the Mouse in again. Though, as I said, I am still able to use the mouse wirelessly after the "red, then no light".
To the previous point, also G HUB thinks the Battery is at 0 %, even though I've been using it for the past few hours with no Problem.
Troubleshooting:
What i tried so far on the Software Side:
- Reinstall G HUB (including removing all files from the Program Folders, AppData and Registry)
- Updating, Uninstalling, then Updating the Mouse and Receiver again in the Device Manager
- Repairing the Mouse and Receiver using the Device Pairing Tool
- Plugged the receiver into different USB Ports
- Tried a different Computer with new G HUB installation
Also, I disassembled the Mouse and:
- swapped in a new Battery, no change, so swapped the original back again
- installed a new Daughterboard for the top buttons including the ribbon cables, no change but kept it because I liked the new switches better and wanted to prevent the button/mouse wheel failures before they happened
- cleaned every plug and contact with contact cleaner
- charged the original and replacement battery for days at a time
- checked the test pads on the board with my multimeter and every connection seems to be working
Solution?:
So, as I see it, the Problem is with the Mouse either not being able to power-up on its own, or initiate the connection to the receiver, whatever of the two the green LED indicates. Plugging in the Cable seems to "wake up" the Mouse and it can then connect again.
Is it possible that this is in any way a software problem? If so, are there any steps I haven't done yet that could solve it?
If not, but somebody could point me to which part on the mouse mainboard likely needed to, for example, be checked/swapped out, I'd be very grateful as well.
