My husband is 50 and went in to have knee surgery when our Dr ordered a PSA test with all the pre surgery bloodwork. The results came back with a PSA of 29. She felt "something" on his DRE and ordered an MRI. MRI came back with a lesion. Overall PI-RADS assessment: 5 There was no gross extraprostatic spread of tumor. No enlarged lymph nodes were identified. No suspicious osseous lesions. Biopsy performed and results were Grade group 2 (3+4)7 it appears they took samples from all over the prostate and more than just the suspected area came back positive (3+4). We meet with Dr on Tuesday but intend to go to a NCI rather than our small local hospital. What can we expect moving forward? Any advice on what to ask or look for in a treatment facility that may be offered in terms of best options. I know our local hospital probably won't have anything that costs money or high areas of expertise on prostate cancer so it goes without saying that we will seek answers somewhere else. Hello I'm looking to buy a new monitor to replace my current one, which is a BenQ XL2411P that I bought mainly for gaming. Nowadays I do very little gaming, but it can happen a few times a month, and using this monitor is horrible because of the washed-out colors, poor contrast, pixelated text, etc. I'm looking for a new monitor to replace my current one. I want to move up to a 27-inch screen because I sometimes find it too small for programming on my current monitor, but I don't want a 32-inch screen because it's too big for me and I don't have much space on my desk. I'd also like to go for a VA screen to reduce eyestrain, as I spend around 12 hours a day in front of my screen.
I want to be able to use this new monitor for programming*,* watching videos, reading text on websites and occasional gaming.
What do you think of these monitors?

Got into a car accident as a victim & the damages didn’t seem that bad, and I also didn’t think I was injured. So they gave me 300, recorded it and they left. I have their phone number, name and license, but I feel like there isn’t anything I can do now since I left. I would have given the money back if I can just do the right thing. when i boot up my PC (windows 11), my memory already hits more than 60%. That is when nothing is open. The moment i boot something up, like a game, or start my stream (i sometimes stream on twitch) the RAM goes way higher. This results in my stream or game sometimes lagging alot. Is there any way to fix the high memory?
(for information, i have 16GB of ram- which is why im wondering how there is so much memory being used in the first place)

2024.11.28 14:00 Ekreed P30 pro dead, not charging.
I am taking a look at my friend's P30 pro which appears dead. At this point they have a new phone but want to try and get any photos off the phone.
A few months ago the charging port was failing, so I have replaced the port and flex and all was good when suddenly about a week ago it suddenly went black charging and shows no sign of life.
Powering it on either normally or with fastboot doesn't work, no combination of holding down buttons makes anything happen. It also isn't charging by either wireless or the charging port (my usb charger detects it when plugged, but it won't draw any current).
I hoped that the issue was with the charging flex, but reseating it and replacing it have done nothing. The battery is reading 4.1 v so seems fully charged, which makes sense since it was on charge at the time. I've disassembled it to get to the contacts for the power button and they seem to be working when I tested them, and when assembled you can detect the 4.1v battery voltage on the main board through some exposed contacts on the board, so it seems to have power.
At this point I'm really not sure what else I can do since all the components I know how to check seem to be working or at least have power. I'd be happy if it was vibrating or something that might mean it has a dead screen, but I don't think so since there's no indication that anything is happening when you push the buttons. Is it likely the main board is dead? If that is the case, is there any way to rescue the data? Is there anything else I can try? Is this likely something fixable but not by me or should I just give up and say it's unsalvageable? Thanks in advance for any help.
