My budget for a watch is between $150-200. Is that even enough to get a nice watch?

I’m wondering if this is a software or hardware issue. Ever since I started downloading all of my games it would often shut down by itself in rest mode.
I would have to press the power button twice to turn it back on. Then the screen that’s repairing my console storage comes on and usually it works fine for a bit.
