Question: I recently performed JBP's Big-Five assessment of me and was VERY surprised to find my Conscientiousness down at 1. This is in STARK contrast to my working career wherein I have sacrificed obsessively in the pursuit of delayed gratifications. My earliest Big-Five test result, a few years ago, said I was low in C, but not THAT low.
FFWD a couple of weeks and I'm watching a video and reading about Quantic Foundry's matching video games you play and big-5 personality traits. All very smart statistical approach. They pointed out that Strategy games appeal to Conscientious people. Well, said I, that was me a few years ago. I was addicted to the game Civilisation. In fact, a lot of those sorts of builder games. However, over the years, as time (and perhaps patience) grew short, it's all "stealthily shoot them dead". So while there's still SOME patience and /strategery/ in stealth, I am no longer obsessed with building the perfect empire. And now Dr JBP is telling me my Conscientiousness fell off a cliff. So, I can see a pattern here.
So, here's my ask: What causes could there be, and ought I be looking for in my life, for my radical transition from moderately-high Conscientiousness to ... 1 percent.

I need advice on the best material to buy in terms of daily jewellery. I have started to have what I think are reactions to the silicone and acrylic I usually use, which causes my ears to because extremely itchy and painful, and the skin looks peeled and raw when I take them out.
For context, I started stretching my ears 5 years ago, at 17. I didn’t know anyone who had stretched ears so admittedly, I stretched very quickly with poor materials. I went from nothing to 20mm in two years, which I admit was pretty fast, without having any issues. However this year, I began experiencing reactions with my jewellery, causing huge blowouts and now I am at 6mm.
I need to start again, but I don’t want to make the same mistakes. Do you guys have any advice?
