Naiinis lang ako sa sarili ko. Kasi i have multiple clients and project base ako sa lahat ng client ko.
Goal ko kasi monthly maka 6 digits. Sobrang OA ko ba like this month nag invoice na ako 90k+ lang yung aabutin. And nalulungkot ako kasi hindi ko nareach monthly goal ko.
Naiinis kasi ako sa sarili ko kasi dapat masaya ako. Atleast kumikita ako 90k+ monthly. Compare nung nasa corporate world ako 18k monthly lang ako.
Dalawa kasi client ko ang nawala dati kasi umaabot pa ako 200k monthly. Kaya siguro ganito feeling ko ngayong down to 90k.
But I know I should be grateful and I am naman. Goal oriented lang siguro talaga ko.
Wala ba kayong motivational words for me. Char. 😅😂

Hallo, ich studiere zurzeit Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen und muss ein 8 wöchiges (Pflicht-)Industriepraktikum machen. Das würde ich direkt bei einer guten Firma machen, damit ich dort Kontakte hab und das gut auf dem Lebenslauf aussieht.
Jedenfalls hab ich dazu ein paar Fragen. Eine Idee wäre bei mir Siemens, da der Standort direkt in meiner Nähe ist. 1. Bewerbungsfoto: muss das eins mit Anzug sein? Also jetzt auch allgemein, kommt es darauf an, ob die Firma konservativer ist oder sollte ich das immer machen? Oder reicht auch ein Hemd? 2. Zwei Mal bewerben? Ich würde eigentlich gerne im Februar-April das Praktikum machen, jedoch vermute ich, dass die meisten Stellen schon vergeben sind. Ist es also ein Problem, wenn ich mich trotzdem nach dem Motto "einen Versuch ist es wert" bewerbe und bei nicht Annahme ein zweites mal später oder sollte ich warten und mich nur für ungefähr August bewerben? Ich frage mich nur, ob es ein Problem ist, dass ich mich zweimal für das gleiche bewerbe. 3. Ist die Stelle für das erste Praktikum ausschlaggebend? Ich habe Sorge, dass wenn ich jetzt keine super high end Firma finde, dass das etwas schade wäre oder bin ich da etwas falscher Meinung?

so this is how I have them connected - they go to a y splitter then to the back side of the PCB ( side with only one connector) THey do not come on at all The cupholders light up just fine, so its not a switch issue. I did try unplugging a cup holder and plug in one light to that plug to test power but it didnt come on, so maybe that is not the right voltage. Do you all have any suggestions?

Is there any risk to continually warming a rib eye roast at about 170f until I'm ready to get it up to about 225 f? I'm just trying to get ahead of the game so that the temp is close and the fat is soft. As we get closer to eating I will turn it to 225f and then do the reverse sear method after that for a few minutes. Is there any risk to just keeping it in the oven at a lower temp for a while?
