Hi, I have an LLC and the membership interest is constantly being transferred between members with new members being added regularly. So I need to know how to treat the capital contribution accounts in regards to transfers of membership interest.
Example:
- Member 1's capital contribution account says $10,000 and he has a 2% membership interest.
- He buys 4% membership interest from 2 other members (2% each), and the purchase agreement lists a sale price of $2000 and $5000. Now Member 1's capital contribution account should say $17,000 correct?
- Now he has 6% membership interest and his capital contribution account says $17k. He sells 4% of his membership interest for a sale price of $19k. His capital contribution account now says (-$2,000.) Is this still correct or is there something I am missing?

Hola gente. Les pido ayuda una vez más ya que me encuentro con una duda con respecto a la DT y un reclamo que puse contra mi ex empleador. Resulta que mi ex empleador decidió en su momento no pagarme todos los días que trabaje y solo se me pago un poco menos de la mitad. A lo que yo desde el día 31 de octubre estuve weando y weando para que me dieran respuesta, pero no fue hasta el 18 que se dignaron a responder y depositarme lo que me faltaba. El problema es que el 12 yo interpuse una reconciliación contra mi ex empleador porque pensé que no me iban a pagar nunca más. En este caso mi pregunta es la siguiente, asisto a la reconciliación o indico que el problema ya se solucionó? Todavía no firmo finiquito. Muchas gracias de antemano por la ayuda

2024.11.28 15:31 CarbonatedTuna567 How much am I feasibly allowed to change my conlang?
So for context, I'm currently developing my conlang Daveltic. One of the more noteable things about it is its Close-Distant-Social class system which functions on familiarity.
However, based on how this class system is implemented, I feel like it's a bit too abstract for the "feasible" real-world language I'm going for. Now, as groan-worthy and generic as it may sound, I've been debating shifting the noun class to a Masculine-HighMasculine-Feminine-HighFeminine class system that doesn't really completely change the whole nature of the language and still retains much of the original class system and just makes the distinctions more pallateable for a "modernized" version of the language. I feel like the new class system would work better for what I'm going for, but now I'm split on the old class system and this new one.
My question is, is it ok to evolve my language to the extent that it whole class system changes to reflect its modern nature better? I know that languages tend to evolve, but I don't want to break some potential "unspoken conlanging rule" by implementing this change.

Naiinis lang ako sa sarili ko. Kasi i have multiple clients and project base ako sa lahat ng client ko.
Goal ko kasi monthly maka 6 digits. Sobrang OA ko ba like this month nag invoice na ako 90k+ lang yung aabutin. And nalulungkot ako kasi hindi ko nareach monthly goal ko.
Naiinis kasi ako sa sarili ko kasi dapat masaya ako. Atleast kumikita ako 90k+ monthly. Compare nung nasa corporate world ako 18k monthly lang ako.
Dalawa kasi client ko ang nawala dati kasi umaabot pa ako 200k monthly. Kaya siguro ganito feeling ko ngayong down to 90k.
But I know I should be grateful and I am naman. Goal oriented lang siguro talaga ko.
Wala ba kayong motivational words for me. Char. 😅😂
