Nutrition Plan Advice
M / 40 / 5’10” / 160 lbs.
First time posting here.. Need some help formulating a feasible nutrition plan.
A little history.. I’ve been the same weight since my late teens. Athletic through my mid 30’s. Physically demanding construction job since 18. For the past 5 years I got married, had a child. Wife left and kidnapped child. Got child back 6 months later along with eventual custody and currently going through the divorce. Obviously the past few years have been stressful to say the least!!
Despite all of what I just described, I’ve managed to stay in decent shape. I’ve always been able to eat pretty much what I’ve wanted to without any negative effects to my body. I’m somewhat conscious of it. I don’t drink soda, rarely drink alcohol, don’t do drugs or smoke cigarettes. But I will snack and I don’t skip dessert. However, in the past 6 months I’ve noticed a change, whether it be metabolism or what, I’ve managed to put on quite a gut. My body weight hasn’t increased more than 5 lbs but all the fat in my body seems to have settled right in my stomach and love handles.
Now I don’t have a lot of disposable time considering being a single dad with a full time job but I really could use some help with a nutrition plan that’s as quick and easy as possible. I’m very good at sticking to routines, especially when it comes to food but I just don’t know where to start. Help!!
I’ve looked into food delivery services out there offering pre made meals like Home Chef etc.. obviously cost is an issue but also don’t know if it’s even worth it, nutritionally speaking.
So any help any of you can offer with a solid, healthy plan that doesn’t require much prep/cooking time would be of great help. Thank you in advance.

I am trying to annotate hundreds of vcf.gz files with bcftools using this command
ls *.vcf.gz | parallel -j 8 "bcftools annotate -a dbSNP156.gz -c ID -O z -o {.}.rsid.vcf.gz --threads 4 {}"
When I open the annotated files, I see an INFO column, but instead of rs ids I only see thousands of dots.
Why?

So, I think danish Nawaz is the name of the director who directed jafaa and I recently saw a woman review jafaa and she said they maybe are trying to show hassan as an abuser (physically) BUT numair is also an abuser (mentally) cuz he left deebu in the uncertainty that he didn't want the child and, imo if this is the case it is directed horribly idk if it's his fault that the drama is kinda meh or the writer, cuz the writer has actually written quite good shows And I think the same thing happened to chaand tara also directed by him, and people didn't like the show despite it being written by a very liked writer
So in your opinion is jafaa badly directed, badly written or both?

I was wondering if it is possible to create an automated compability engine for my eBay shop. I am selling car parts and what exactly I am trying to do is not selecting every model and variation of cars but automate that with the code of that specific part. There is a website called TecDoc and they have a database of parts with compatible vehicles, is it possible to use TecDoc's database integrated with my shops via an API key.
I know this one is a complicated one but if any of you have any experience with the situation, do help because I am kinda lost.

Hello Guys, my_qualifications: I graduated from Tier-1 Uni (Top 5 IIT) in Civil Branch and immediately started working as SDE. I have 1.5 YOE working as software developer. My TC is 31 LPA. I have good WLB and less stress job rn.
Reason for applying:
- Get broader understanding in the CS (since no CS background )
- International Exposure
- I am afraid that having Non-CS background might hurt my chances for better roles (VP,CTO,etc) in Tech
- I am considering applying for MS in CS for Fall 2025 Intake. But coming from Non-CS background might hurt my chances in getting into top CS programs and I am also afraid of bad Market Condition in US.
- Alternatively I can spend next 5-6 months and try to switch Job and get into better roles and bigger comp in India or Abroad.
- I am also considering to apply for MBA 2 years down the line. Here the Non-CS background won't hurt me, but having Tech experience might.
My End goal is to maximise my total earnings at the same time get opportunity to travel around the world.

I'm looking to get 4k gaming but ive never built a PC before. I also want to do a bit of everything else and I like rgb. This is like the real upper limit of my budget. I do plan on getting a 5090 when I'm able to get my hands on it and saving a little more so it could be a while. I've seen the 4080 super can handle 4k in the mean time.
I'm open to suggestions for cost cutting if better ( or the same) performance parts are cheaper, or not much less performance difference but a good saving.
The majority is from a recommended build but I made some changes after doing a little research.
