2024.11.28 16:40 cris1879 Doppia fatturazione TIM/Vodafone e recupero crediti Europa Factor: come procedere?
Ho rifatto il post perché l'altro era un po' troppo lungo e disordinato.
Nel novembre 2017 ho cambiato operatore da TIM a Vodafone per la mia linea fissa (anche con cambio intestatario). La mia prima fattura Vodafone copre il periodo novembre 2017 - gennaio 2018, ma TIM ha emesso una fattura successiva per il periodo dicembre 2017 - febbraio 2018, creando una doppia fatturazione per lo stesso servizio e periodo.
Nel 2018, ho inviato a TIM un fax con documentazione che dimostra il cambio operatore e la doppia fatturazione, ma mi è stato risposto che la fattura era corretta. Ho quindi deciso di non pagare anche perché gli operatori telefonici del callcenter continuavano a rimbalzarmi l'uno con l'altro.
Ora, nel 2024, ho ricevuto due lettere ordinarie da società di recupero crediti che mi intimano di pagare l'importo di circa 90 € (più spese, per un totale di circa 105 €) relativo alla fattura TIM sopra descritta. Non ho mai ricevuto raccomandate, solo queste due lettere ordinarie.
A prescindere dalla questione della prescrizione, la doppia fatturazione è documentata e chiaramente visibile, e questo mi fa arrabbiare quando leggo la loro richiesta di pagamento (tra l'altro dopo oltre un decennio di fatture regolarmente pagate… scusate lo sfogo).

2024.11.28 16:40 flightmode88 Should I scrap a benefits of lease extension (Section 42) with 82 years left to complete sooner?
My wife & I are in the process of buying our first flat and we've just hit a major speedbump with the lease extension.
The leasehold currently expires Nov-2106 (82 years), and the seller has been organising the lease extension. As this has taken longer than expected, we have agreed to complete a Benefit of Lease from them to us, with the agreement that they will pay for all associated fees, however this will add a lot more time to to getting into the flat, and we are currently living in temporary accommodation costing us thousands (flat, storage & cattery fees).
As our mortgage agreement is on a leasehold of (only) 70+ years, I'm considering asking the seller to drop the lease extension so that we can move in quicker, and once settled begin the lease extension ourselves as "current" owners, giving us just under 2 years to achieve an extension before we become liable to marriage fees at the 80-year point).
I'm thinking as well that The Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act should also work in our favour once Labour has re-written it, making the process cheaper & easier from [hopefully] summer 2025 onwards.
Thoughts?

I lose about 50% of my found emails to “risky.” It’s a lot of “catch alls” etc emails. A lot of them are probably deliverable, I just don’t know which ones and can’t risk it. BounceBan.com says it can identify which ones can be delivered. This would be huge for me. Has anyone used it or heard anything about the company? I would really appreciate feedback. Thanks
