Hey scrubs! So I’m 7 weeks pregnant and I work in a trauma hospital being Ortho and Neuro my main service. With that being said, when I went to my manager she said she wanted me away of cement cases BUT she wasn’t sure how much exposure I can get during fracture cases and c arm radiation. I have my own lead apron and some said definitely no exposure even with the apron on but other said “your manager should get a dosimeter for you to keep track of the amount of exposure” but I don’t feel comfortable at all with radiation, specially with this being my first pregnancy. This Sunday I’m on call and that’s mostly fracture cases. How should I address this? Or should I just deal with it? Help.

I shared my Tello referral link on Reddit, and a few people used it, allowing me to accumulate $140 in referral bonuses. However, when I attempted to use the bonus to order a phone, Tello canceled my order, claiming I violated their Terms of Service. This experience has been incredibly disappointing and a complete waste of time. I want to caution others against taking this route, as it may lead to similar frustrations. Personally, my family and I will no longer be using Tello, and I’ll be advising my friends to steer clear of them as well.

 | Another week, another step on the path of media preservation. This week is Ritual: Lands End - Touch from 1985. I found this tape at Wax Trax in Denver earlier this year in their compilations section on the tape wall. The tape jewel case even has a vintage Wax Trax sticker on it so I think this may have been some dead stock that they’ve had for a long time. A relic of times gone for sure. Very interesting, unique, and experimental sounds on this tape that have almost been lost of time. Give this one a taste if you’re into some out there and experimental music. I’ve heard of Kneecap, but not really heard their music, and then I watched the film Kneecap (which needs to win all the awards), and admittedly it didn’t click at first that it was about the band, I just heard that it was a good film and a must watch. And holy shit, I fucking love them, I pay for H.O.O.D to live in my head nevertheless it being rent free. I do like hip hop, but for me personally it’s closer to punk.
That’s all really, they’re a band who speaks to me and to my politics (although I am English, sorry). And I’m now a big fan of their message and especially music.

Heyy guys I’ve been thinking about a fic recently we’re Jon snow is a Targaryen with silver haira d purple eyes. Ned of course finds him and raises him as his bastard but in this case Ned has made Jon dye his hair black and the only one’s who know his true hair color are Ned, Howland and Jon himself. Jon of course knows his true parentage, meaning he doesn’t go to the wall but still grows up with his cousins. Now Jon Arryn dies of course Ned goes to Kings landing and a tourney is held for him, now while this tourney is being prepared all the Lord’s of Westeros arrive for it.
We all know Bran was attacked so instead of Catelyn going to King’s landing Jon goes instead. Then during the King’s court someone by accident pours water on Jon’s head for being a bastard and attending a feast with True Lord’s and his true hair color is discovered there. Can anyone help me by recommending or writing a fic like this or something even similar to this🙏.

I updated my win 10 to win 11 about a half year ago and everything worked fine. But after i reinstalled win 11 completely yesterday, the sound of my headset is inverted, everything that should be on the right side comes out of the left side of my Headset and vice versa. I checked all settings, everything is as always. I have an astro a50 and never had that problem before, has anyone a idea how to fix this?
I use Dolby Atmos for Headphones as sound setting.
