Sincerely if it weren't for the active votes and all, I never would have finished this challenge. I'm too lazy for myself. I'm so sorry it took this long to cook though. Been busy trying to make art a steady source of income and just surviving college in all so I got a lot sidetracked.
Here it is! Pearl!!! My first time in almost 3 years drawing a full blown side profile. I dodge it a lot because I find the proportions hard for me but the whole point of this challenge was to somewhat go beyond my comfort zone and in legit super proud of myself that I was able to do it 300% times better than I expected. The lighting alone was mystical for me, the artist lol

To be honest, I was thinking about autism before getting (half) fired. I got my job as a school counsellor and special needs teacher. For a school counsellor, I was required to get through a trial period of three months. I failed, the review was negative. So I had to be fired (but I'm still a teacher lol) for that part of the job. The review said I was not great at communicating basically, and not giving advice enough (without anyone asking for it), not being self-initiative enough, spending too much time in my office.
And at first I felt really stupid. And I've felt really stupid for a great part of my life, even though overall I did fine, I was successful in school. I was recognised as gifted but I never felt smart. I always had to work hard to get good grades, it didn't just come by being smart and remembering everything.
And it's not just poor social skills, there's other signs of neurodivergency as well: some sensory sensitivity, light especially (I'd say noise as well but I also have tinnitus so I don't know if that counts), stimming/fidgeting, quickly overwhelmed by having to process too many stimuli, masking in social situations, avoiding eye contact with strangers, picky eater, GI issues... I'm also queer.
I will get tested but since the wait lists are so long, it will take almost a year. And even then, I don't know who I'll get evaluated by and I might not get a diagnosis. They might slap some anxiety disorder over it all and call it a day. I know self-diagnosis is valid but since I never seem to have "textbook" symptoms, I don't feel like I could claim the label for myself... But if I had a diagnosis, paradoxically, I think I would finally feel normal.

I'd like to start off by saying I'm fully aware that not nearly everyone here celebrates American Thanksgiving. That... would be a wildly wrong assumption to make lol. But I'd like to share my thanks anyways, because I truly am thankful for everyone here.
This community is not something I would have seen myself joining a few years ago. I'm not really a social media type of person, having avoided it all my life out of both caution and just personal preference. I was never warm to the idea of putting a part of myself out there for the entire world to see, critique, share, etc... especially with all the dangers of that kind of publicity. I'll still probably never show my face on the internet. But when I found this band, and it got to the point where it was becoming a huge part of my life, I found myself inspired. Even if I was just inspired to make something silly, a part of me thought I could try posting it here.
I never expected to find a community so welcoming and loving. It seems like no matter what someone shares, people are so positive about it. I've tried posting my art on PixelArt before, but since that sub is so big and it's such a broad topic, my art seemed to get barely noticed. But here? Man, it was a miracle seeing just how many people loved my work. I really do try to thank every person in the comments because I really do appreciate it so much.
Discovering Daft Punk was a wild journey for me. I had always heard their songs, but never associated them with a particular band or group. When I learned that all my favorite songs came from the same people (and robots, no less!) I was hooked. But then it really started to set in that I found these guys just a couple years too late. They were already gone. It felt lonely, in a way. But sharing just a few things here led to me truly feeling part of the community. Even if I'll never see them live with you guys, I'm thankful to find a place that still feels alive and thriving. I wouldn't have known about a lot of things like history, solo albums, tribute bands, or anything like that if it weren't for the lovely community here.
Honestly, it's so impressive how nice everyone is here. There's no gatekeeping. There's no hate. There's no real dead spaces where no one has anything to share. It's just love. This is genuinely one of the friendliest corners of the internet and I couldn't be more proud to be a part of it.
So, to the wonderful people of DaftPunk , thank you so much. Thank you for keeping the music alive and helping me come out of my shell a bit. I truly feel at home here.

 | I have a Masterpiece double wall oven with the top one being a Speed Oven. On occasion, when the speed oven is asleep the power button flashes when you approach. It is completely random with no consistency. I will add that everything works perfectly fine and there are no malfunction of any sort. Turns on and off and works perfectly. We just don't understand why the On/Off button flashes a few times on rare occasions when it is asleep? It makes us think it's telling us to hit on/off to wake it up, but there is no consistency to when it does it. I have a 2015 Honda CR-V with 151k miles. Recently, I experienced a check engine light while driving home from work. Using the BlueDriver OBD2 Scanner, I retrieved a P0420 code (Permanent Code). However, the next day when I started the car, the check engine light was gone, but the code was still stored as a Trouble Code.
I understand that P0420 indicates the catalytic converter efficiency is below the threshold, but the catalytic converter was replaced by the dealership two years ago when I purchased the car used, as the check engine light was an issue back then. Since the car is now at 151k miles, I plan to check the spark plugs because I’m unsure if the previous owner ever replaced them.
The car also shows some issues when idling—it dips in RPMs, shakes, and then stabilizes, repeating this pattern, especially when the check engine light is on. Given that the catalytic converter was replaced relatively recently, what should I check next? I have access to O2 sensor data graphs if that helps.
