Panel header plugin doesn’t fit with my cases cable

I have a pre built and I’m upgrading the motherboard so I can have a range of different upgrade paths
However the motherboard that works with everything else in my case and existing parts has an 8 pin panel header plugin when the cord in my case has a 6 pin. Is there anything I can do?
I’ve been looking for adapters but haven’t been able to find one and I’ve heard mixed things about plugging the 6 pin into the 8 pin regardless.
Does anyone have any advice or adapters I could buy that would work, I would greatly appreciate it.

hi guys, I don’t really use reddit but I do sometimes see them reuploaded on tiktok, and people usually have good advice on here? So any advice would be very helpful because i think I’m going crazy Okay so, I’m a 15 y/o girl, and I started my first job at a small diner in my town. At first, it was great the other employees are nice, I’ve made a lot of work friends, and I’m saving up for a new phone. But my manager, Mike (fake name obv), i think he’s in his late 30s? has started to make me feel really uncomfortable
Ok, so it started with him complimenting my hair but I thought that was normal cuz everybody compliments my hair, and he’d also talk about how “mature” I look. Like he said if I asked for a drink he wouldn’t even ID me, which I think is total BS cuz my friends said I definitely looked too young when I offered to try and get them a bottle last week LOL
But now he’s started calling me “sweetheart” and “cutie,” which kind of just makes me cringe, but I thought maybe he was just being overly friendly. But things are getting weird, like he started offering to drive me home after work. I always say no because my mom picks me up, but Mike keeps insisting, saying stuff like, “Your mom doesn’t need to know everything” or “I could take you somewhere more fun.” which REALLY rubbed me wrong because why did he word it like that??? but my bsf just said it was cute and I’m overthinking?
But now I think I’m going crazy because a couple of times, he’s “accidentally” brushed against me while reaching for something, which like isn’t bad ik but it’s been happening more than i think is normal? and now he’s started texting me late at night, like I got a snap from him at like 11 saying how he “worries” about me getting home safely
I just really need advice and maybe reassurance i’m not going crazy, because everyone is saying i’m overreacting by thinking it’s weird
also sorry for any bad grammar i’m in class typing into my notes trying to edit this
