How can I improve my application if I don't know what to write into it?
I am searching for a dual student position near Frankfurt as an accountant in Germany and applied to some big companies. But I always get rejected in the first place. I am studying Accounting and Controlling in the 5th Semester. Currently, I am working at a small startup, but I don't think I get paid well enough. Even though I have some experience at this point.
I feel this kind of pressure to get a good job and work for a big company because I have family members who are working at Procter and Gamble at the same age as me and they get paid so well.
PS. My dream is to get paid 1000€ for 20 hours of work per month, 20 days of holidays per year and cover the tuition fees of 809€ per month.
Can somebody give me tips or something? I don't know what I am doing wrong.

This will be the my last post. I have been lonely for a really long time...at first, I felt so inadequate for social life that I needed to take some time for myself. I did not use it properly though; big fucking mistake! I just used the time I was so blessed to have to distract myself constantly from reality, which would only superficially keep the insecurities, the worries, the lack of skills, the anxiety...at bay. Tackling them felt like impossible to me and they, of course, kept getting worse and worse. At some point, I was blessed to be able to make a little change that had help me make the first little steps towords a bigger one. I sought professional help, I started dieting and going to the gym, my english was beginning to improve, I began having a few interactions online, in the hope that they would give me a better chance at finding me someone who could accompany me in the journey. That was the other big mistake! In a world where it's so easy to connect with people from all around the world, yet I am still lonely. The amount of ghosting is insane, very few people gave me a rrason why, but I had to beg for it, so I could understand what it was that I did wrong and if it was something I could fix. I had been hurt after showing my vulnerable side, or just because, why not 🤷. I have been called "sweet", "cute" or even "handsome" (which is funny, because I am not 🤣) more than a few times , yet I am still being denied a normal conversation, or just a few messages. I am at the point where I have so little interactions that I need to learn how to interact with people at my old age and I keep failing. I have a very low self esteem, I don't know how to keep a conversation properly, I feel ugly and uninteresting all the time, studying is becoming the most tiring thing ever and the more I get ghosted and ignored, the more I have break downs. Today I had another one, in the bus on my way back home, where I tried to hide the tears. I feel so broken that there is no way I could be fixed! Why is it so easy for everybody I see around me? Or even online? I am just so lost, walking in the shadow and probably will forever. I hope you don't get to become like me!

Arkadaşlar ben okul açıldığından beri okul dışı 4-4,5 saat ders çalışıp akşam 11 gibi yatıp sabah 7.30 gibi kalkıyordum yani minimum 8-8,5 saatlik bir uykum vardı. Şimdi ise ders çalışma süremi yavaş yavaş arttırıyorum ve artık 11 gibi değil 12 gibi yatmaya başladım minimum 7-7,5 saat uyuyorum. Bunu son iki gündür yapıyorum ve gün içinde DELİ gibi gözlerim uykulu oluyor bu düzelir mi, düzelmese bile denemelerime vs. etki eder mi?

Travel has been curtailed since October.
My budget for a work from home office chair was cut from €500 to €150.
Today I was given a single PowerPoint page to fill in outlining my education, what I do, my projects where I exceeded expectations, met expectations and did not meet expectations. And then another section to explain how I met each of our 5 values.
I'm not the only one who got this.
It reminds me of that email Musk sent to all his X emoloyees "so what have you done this week" before firing 50% of his staff.
Should I get the hell out of here?
