So I'm running a monk, a warrior and a monster wrangler. I'm at the pyramid, about level 19-20. All good. But I was thinking about sage when I had the option. Is it worth it to change a physical job like monk or warrior into a sage?
I know you keep half your stats but since a physical class probably is getting mostly physical stats on level ups and less magic ones, will a warrior gone sage even amount to much? Am I making sense or am I crazy? Am I over thinking how stats work?

Who doesn’t love music? my fav genres currently are l, post hardcore, alternative and emo rap bedroom r&b and lo fi.
Honestly, I don't mind location since i’m cool with distance and please don’t be older than 29? Thanks for reading :) There’s much more to find out but you will have to see for yourself :)
Looks wise I’m Brown skin, 5’6 and in excellent shape :) I have no preference on race or body type, just looking for that match :)

not sure if this has happened before the release of the new dlc but my ikran will not stop screeching as if there are predators around and the corners of my screen also show white warnings for predators, even though there are absolutely none.

I started recieving pip this year for a mental health condition, i was hearing voices and had extreme paranoia and couldnt leave my house. Since then i have been feeling a lot better under new medication and the paranoia and hallucinations have stopped, should i inform pip of this?

Is there room to negotiate on MSRP/admin fee/inspection fee in Canada? I’ve noticed that many dealers in the US are offering prices lower than MSRP…

I have a property which I’m looking to remortgage and add my partner (not legally married) as a buy to let. Mortgage is £140k, flat is worth £250k.
My partner earns around £6,000 a year from her part time job, whereas I’m a higher rate tax payer so it would be tax efficient to have her earn the property rental income.
Can someone confirm on the below please?
- Upon transfer of equity, if we have an outstanding loan of £140k, stamp duty would be payable by my partner for half of this amount, so £70k?
- Is CGT payable on transfer of equity if we aren’t married?

In between my classes I like going to the L building to study since I like snacking and I’m not a really big fan of complete silence while I study. However, lately there’s been a crazy amount of students sitting at the seats blasting music while watching videos, facetiming at full volume without headphones in, and even singing out loud. I was never expecting complete silence, and I am more than fine with people chitchatting, which is kind of what this space is for. But when did people stop having any kind of respect to people around them? Needless to say I will be going to the library from now on.
