So I'm thinking about buying my partner a steam deck for Christmas, but I'm truly unfamiliar with the specs on the different kinds and I'm wondering also if anyone finds the joystick positioning uncomfortable? They just seem so high up compared to the Nintendo switch.
So basically I'm wondering which one you all recommend and if it's comfortable to use/fit in your hands?

I am using my laptop with Windows 11 and although I installed nvidia and intel display drivers from lenovo website, i cannot access the graphics card settings to improve setting for video ( simple settings such as vibrance, saturation etc).
I installed NVidia app, but it has only game settings and graphics setting are app independent.
My query is , are there are app that can control graphic card settings?

Hi all, new here and new to supplements.
I started taking ashwagandha and glucosamine sulfate about almost 4 weeks ago and I've noticed a spike in my weight, around 8-10 pounds. This is despite the fact I also started going to the gym again in the same amount of time.
For further context, I started this year at 155lbs. Early September I was 163. Now I'm at 174, but the recent jump was a lot more sudden. I also changed my usual medication (Vyvanse) to a lower dose back in September, and it's something that's always suppressed my appetite as a side effect.
Is there a possibility that either of these supplements could be attributing to the gain? I tried googling some stuff and I got such contradictory answers, so if anyone has personal experience I would love to hear it.

We’re celebrating with my husband’s family tomorrow, and we were JUST informed via text that all the nieces, nephews, and one of his siblings are sick and currently on day 3 of antibiotics and have horrible coughs. We aren’t telling them until Christmas; so, they don’t know.
Am I overreacting by not wanting to go? If I get sick, I won’t be able to take anything, it could affect the baby I’ve waited 9 years for, etc. How would you feel if you found yourself in this situation?
