Was the longer battery life worth it?
I currently have a 41mm series 9 - run TachyMon when I’m not working out. And have to charge it a few times a day…. (I charge it at 30-40% to make sure it doesn’t die).
I’m just curious the insights of others.

So long story short, I suffer with complex ptsd, recently diagnosed, and recently had a breakdown in the family home so alot of stresses and triggers for me currently. I had a breakdown at work 2 months ago, after being asked if everything was okay because I'd arrived ten minutes late(juggling kids school runs now partner had left the family home) arriving approx 07:50. I'm a hardworker, liked in the office, very friendly, helpful and trustworthy. Been with the company 6 years and only had no problems or complaints. I do challenge managers when they've pushed boundaries with little things like not paying overtime or quality of equipment inline with company policies. Generally a good working relationship with management. My manager seemed quite supportive at the time, he even suggested I could take extra breaks if needed to gather myself at all. It was a very nice gesture but I didn't need to take this offer up at all if I remember correctly. Work helped distract me.
So yesterday my manager triggered my ptsd, I left the building to collect myself as I'd broke down in tears at this point. I spoke with the second manger while outside(came to check I was okay) and he could see I was highly distressed and I explained my recent diagnosis and what had caused me to be triggered. Took me 30 mins to fully collect myself and get back to my work. Got on with what was needed, went home. This morning I arrived and within a few sentences was really putting pressure in regards to me arriving at 07:50. Accusing me of being half an hour late, then telling me I wasted 30 minutes the day before(while distressed) and I owed him the time back(even while he has over 9 hours overtime to pay me). So at this point I got my union rep to be present for anymore of the conversation. So now in the management office we're discussing the issues, manager being disrespectful to me and rude. I started to feel triggered and ask him to adjust the manner in which he was addressing me( I felt degraded). He continued of a few minutes and I even warned him he was triggering me. He continued and the last words I remembered him saying were "you're here to work". In a raised voice I replied "but I'm not here to be disrespected" I then left the office. And began the slow process of collecting myself.
So now I'm being advised to apologise to my manager. It's made me feel really bad, as in the ptsd is my fault. Should I apologise?

I’m proud of all of you! It’s so hard to set boundaries and acknowledge toxic dynamics in a family and show your kids a better way and break generational curses and stop cycles of trauma. This shit ain’t for the weak. It’s even harder because yes, the reward is your peace but the cost can be loneliness and not having someone who gets what you’re doing.
The toxic in-laws/parents won’t ever tell you but you should know you’re doing something you’ll be proud of someday.

The Mac mini m4 has the superior thunderbolt 4/Usb4 40Gbps. Accessory manufacturers are doing a downgrade and forcing us to use 10Gbps. All my current m.2's are running at 40Gbps. What is going on?
