I’m looking to negotiate this in the new year, anyone have some feedback:
- is your day off TRULY a day off & your employer & colleagues (customers if you have them) understand these boundaries?
- is it an improvement in work/life balance or is it just chasing the unicorn?!

 | انا متخرجة من علاج طبيعي و كنت للاسف بغش في الكويزات ساعات علشان مكونتش ببقى مذاكرة كويس و كنت شايفة الحوار عادي لانها درجات قليلة و كويزات اونلاين و كل الدفعة بتغش عادي بعد ما ربنا ابتلاني بالوسواس القهري فضلت اراجع كل ذنوبي و اندم عليها منها الغش في شهر ٢ اللي فات جالنا خبر ان هيتطبق علينا قرار امتحان المزاولة و اللي ميعرفش ده امتحان بيختبرك على معرفتك الطبية اللي اتعلمتها على مدار خمس سنين و منغير ما تنجح فيه قانونيا مش هينفع تزاول المهنة الطبية الامتحان ده كان راعبني جدا لانه حرفيا ملهوش مصدر مذاكرة زي مزاولات باقي البلاد زي امريكا و السعودية و كده، و احنا اول دفعة يتطبق عليها القرار ده فحرفيا محدش عارف حاجة فيه دور قبل الدور بتاعي امتحنوا و شفت امتحانهم حسيته صعب كده و الناس كانت مكتئبة، بس لقيت ناس كتير اوي بتستخدم شات جي بي تي او بتحل مع بعض في الجروبات ساعتها اتحطيت في معضلة، هل اغش و اضمن اني انجح بس هفضل شايلة احساس الذنب اني بدات مهنتي على الغش و لا احل بمجهودي و اخاطر اني اسقط ؟ حاولت اقنع نفسي ان الامتحان ده اصلا مجرد سبوبة للفلوس و ملهوش اي لزمة بما ان اصلا صحابي اللي في امتياز بيشتغلوا و بياخدوا فلوس مع انه مش قانوني اصلا بس لما اتحطيت في الموقف و الامتحان قرب خالص عرفت اقنع نفسي اني مغشش و كان قرار سليم جدا لاسباب كتيرة، بعيدا عن ان ضميري هيبقى مرتاح و لكن هيكون عندي ثقة في نفسي اني على الاقل عندي مرجعية علمية و مش تايهة تماما في بحر الطب و كان به.. ذاكرت الاسألة بتاعت الامتحانات اللي فاتت و الامتحانات جاية كلها من الاسالة القديمة و الحياة لوز العنب، بخلص امتحان ١٠٠ سؤال في نص ساعة تقريبا ، و كل ده احنا في امتحانات تدريب يجي بقى يوم الامتحان الفعلي و انا وثيق من الفوز و مذاكر و مصمم اني مش هغش افتح الامتحان بقى الاقيلك ايه يا معلم 😂 حرفيا الامتحان ٩٩٪ منه ليس له ادني علاقة باي حاجة ذاكرتها ، امتحان جديد تماما و محتاج انسان فاهم هو بيهبب ايه و كمان فاكر حاجات كتير من اللي اتعلمها😭😭 انا الحمد لله و بتيسير كبير من ربنا مجاش في دماغي اغش و اصلا احنا فاتحين الكاميرات و الموبايل بعيد عني و مكنتش مجهزة اني هغش اصلا فالحوار مجاش في دماغي مخي اتعصرت عصرة محترمة بقى و حسيت ان دكتور هاوس بنفسه عاملي الامتحان و واقف بيعذبني و بيقولي اتس نوت لوبس الحمد لله الامتحان خلص و بعد يوم كامل النتيجة طلعت و بحمد الله نجحت بالكاد يعني😂😂😂 بس انا حقيقي فخورة بنفسي اني اخدت قرار زي ده و بحمد ربنا على تيسييره ليا و فضله عليا انه اداني قدرة على تحمل التوتر في الامتحانات و قدرة اني افكر تحت الضغط و افتكر معلومات قديمة جدا العظة هنا، متستسلمش للتيار و حاول على قد ما تقدر متستسهلش و حل بمجهودك و ربنا بإذن الله هييسرلك امرك و هتنال راحة الضمير دعاوتكم في اللي جاي بإذن الله و اكون دكتورة جامدة و اعرف اتقي الله في شغلي و يرزقني المال الحلال بإذن الله ♥️♥️ submitted by throwawaybimsuicidal to EgyptExTomato [link] [comments] |

I booked the brand new Wyndham Viva Miches for end of February, but I am concerned it won’t be open yet! Looking for alternatives that are reasonably priced. There is the Wyndham V Samana, and also the Melia Punta Cana Wellness Adults Only in Bavaro that would work. I’m okay with Bavaro, but don’t want to go further east bc we are planning on going whale watching and it’s a long trip to Samana.
Any thoughts on the two resorts I have mentioned above? I don’t want a wild party place, but don’t like to quiet either!
