- i am about to buy my first gaming pc. i saved up 1350 euro so thats kinda my budget. i have 0 knowledge about anything pc related so thats why im asking you guys! i want a gaming pc so i can play fps games on high fps and have a really smooth gaming experience overall. i also want my pc to look really clean with all the lights and all! If you have time and could help me i would be rlly happy. if you have more questions for me feel free to ask! i live in the netherlands just so yk. budget is 1350 euro but you can go over if its not too much!

Hi CICO! I’ve been a user of CICO for the past 3 months and it’s been incredibly sustainable and worked for me. I’m down 21-22 lbs so it’s been the key for me.
Today my bf was mentioning that he wanted to lose the extra couple pounds from his resort trip. He’s 5’9, 175lbs and works out 4-5 days a week on top of 2 days of martial arts. I plugged his stats (opting for light exercise in case) in for a TDEE of 2433 maintenance. He’s cutting all the way to his BMR (1750) so that’s around 700 less calories compared to 500, which is what this sub suggests. I was wondering if this is ok and sustainable?

Last night my beardie fell asleep on me and after a while i wrapped him up gently in a blanket and put him in the terrarium, it's 12:30 in the morning with his lights on and he puffs when I unwrap him and falls asleep immediately when I put him back, is this normal or does he just love blankets?

Initially just started growing to get some cheaper weed but now I can’t wait to buy more light and start my next grow. 52gs from my jack herer auto and 60gs from my strawberry banana auto. Total of a 112g under a 100W light.
