Long time Kindle reader and first time poster. Just upgraded my Voyage (although I think I’ll keep it) to the new Sig P’white. Saw a post a little while back asking why Kindle and not an alternative.
Gotta say, the Daily Deal section on Amazon is a big factor. I’ve read so much for not much money. My library is extensive after so many years.

Just had a call off the person I'm buying a house off. Starts with pleasantries, asks how we are and starts going through a few quirks of the house. Door handle on backwards - fine I can deal with that. Some light switches aren't working - OK probably 2 way wiring issues. Electricity trips when it's wet and I need to reset the garden wiring on the consumer unit - bit more serious and time consuming/professional level issue.
Should I be annoyed or is it one of the many joys of buying houses/ what other 'fun' surprises have people found? Hopefully I find some nice features hidden away by ugly carpet.
