Today I woke up at 5am after a nightmare and didn’t fall back asleep until 7am. It was then that I experienced sleep paralysis and a sinking sensation until I decided to float up. I floated around my room like a balloon and when I thought of going down to the floor I quickly sank through it, passing through other apartments below me (though I live on the first floor and there is nothing under my room)
Since that wasn’t what I initially intended, I thought about wanting to be back in my room and I spawned there, but some furniture was placed differently than in real life. Then I considered what to do next.
I’ve heard about spirit guides before and was curious, so I asked to meet them. A bit later I heard a soothing tongue-click and soft mumbles from a male voice behind me, which made me smile. I figured it must be my guide. But then, out of nowhere, a woman started to moan and the noise overlapped with the male voice. It annoyed me so much I started to curse, which isn’t like me. But I felt disrespected, like I wasn’t taken seriously.
I decided to walk back to my body, and lay on top of it, still feeling annoyed. I wanted to return to reality. But I had a hard time waking up, and ended up in a dream instead, at a different place and doing other things.
Now to my questions:
What do you think? Do you consider it AP? Could the moaning woman be an outside influence? Like a noise I was hearing in my physical body? Can outside noises also influence AP like in regular dreams?
Also, why did some things not go in line with real life? Like the furniture in my room not being in place? Is that also normal? Is everything supposed to make sense while astral projecting? Could that male voice I heard actually be a guide?
Lastly, I want to mention I felt some pain in my right ear each time I wanted something to happen (like floating up or going down to the floor) It felt like loud static and radio waves and my vision also turned red momentarily. Is that also normal?

2024.11.28 20:50 Glamdringg Why is the tracklist on Dirt messed up? Is it some kind of missprint?
I was thinking recently about the tracklist of this album, because I was 90% sure that "Down In A Hole" is somewhere near the start of the album. I listen to it now, it's 4th in a row, between "Rain When I Die" and "Rooster"... while the back side of the cover says that the 4th song is "Sickman", which is 5th. Some other songs are also mixed up, I'm so confused right now. Am I missing something? Is it a some kind of missprint?

Hello guys so my situation is that I am moving in with my wife on March 1st and we will stay in the city till 31st of August. For 6 months, is LifeX suitable? The thing is, that we can't go through AirBnb as they don't provide to list their addresses to be able to get CPR numbers. And we are from Prague (Czechs) and can't fly over for viewings of flats. We could, but the competition is high and I think it'd be lost money. We could rent out airbnb or flatx just for a month while looking for better options, but I think that no one is going to rent us anything for just 5 months, or will they?
I am genuinely a bit worried with the overall situation, I am used to living in amazing flats even in the city centre here in Prague, but when I read about how tough is to get a flat in Copenhagen I felt like it's a total jungle there and I am worried I will go to viewings with 10+ other people and will be stressed out of my mind while it will result to nothing.
Any tips really welcomed around this LifeX situation.
