Does it just mean I’m on call if they need me?
For a little context: I started working here back in September and I also started to work a second job and finally got my availability just right for the both of them. I haven’t been getting many credit apps this last month or 2 (probably about a handful in that time, while being in the top 3 of total transactions), and they have talked to me about cutting my hours if I don’t hit my apot. I’m just wondering if that’s what they’re doing. This is supposed to be the time where we all get more hours right?

I feel like I'm going crazy. I got my first tattoo on Tuesday night, and my tattoo artist repeated several times that I should be washing my tattoo after removing my second skin with unscented, antibacterial, soap. I've been to shoppers drug Mart and have done a few Google searches and I'm having a really tough time finding something that satisfies both of those criteria 😅. All of the antibacterial stuff I can find seems to be hand soap, and all of the unscented soap doesn't seem to be antibacterial.
What have you guys used for your tattoo aftercare/what would you recommend?

Has anyone else encountered this as an issue?
I'm open sexually but my partner wbpd is something else.
Most other elements of his disorder are under control he has received treatment.
I've realized his need for validation and attention are linked to sex, and as a result he has a distorted self image and relationship with sexuality. He's basically obsessed.
Every couple of weeks though he has a mental break down cause he hates living this way, but once it's over it's back to the same.
I didn't think this would be the symptom that would get to me, but it is too much. I can't imagine 10 years from now I'll be happy with constant orgies cruising hook ups sex in everything relentless trolling of porn groups and objectification of myself and everyone I know
Not sure where to go from here, he's otherwise pretty loving. In his own way, he doesn't see how his obsession is related to anything else in life, and although the root cause of the trauma is so visible to me, maybe instead of changing he could find someone like himself.
I'm basically suggesting immediate therapy and change to continue in this relationship and honestly? If I know him he'll do both. He responds well to direct feedback. He does everything right when he received feedback, he does therapy medication makes changes.
But it's just been so much and bpd symptoms make me feel controlling if I ever need to address them. It's like I have this loving person that makes these incredibly stupid decisions because of an attachment wound and every full moon turns into a werewolf that needs a solid bitch slap.
In this moment I'm just exhausted.
