Hey so I tried out vape gaming today, realised he was sitting at c6 and played around with him, found out he was hella fun now I wanna build him but..
At c6 with MH set and serpent spine how much crit rate would he need max? Is it around 40-50? (I don't have nor plan to get xianyun if that makes a difference with his stats)
I have 0 worries about overcapping as I'm careful and already used to balancing stats with MH (from building like 3 other MH users)

2024.11.28 23:41 bboxerr33 is lifting big weights mostly "mental"?
is lifting big weights mostly "mental"? Has anyone experienced this before? I am not sure if anyone has experienced this but when I first started going back to working out in a gym and lifting after taking years off, I was getting rapid increases mostly every week. In my mind I was thinking that the weights I was lifting were puny weights because I know I have done this before in the past. For example if your used to doing a 225 clean in the past, and your stuck at 185, you know its not good enough, so each week you slowly increase and increase.
Once you reach your goal of the weight your used to doing, is there a certain mental roadblock to going above and beyond that weight? I feel like now when I am in the gym lifting my weight, my mind is subconsciously saying the weight is heavy, when I used to think it was puny.
Anyone else have this problem?
When your just starting out it feels easy to push your self and mentally think the weight is puny. Like if I see a whole bunch of high school kids laughing at me with how puny a weight I am pushing it subconsciously motivates me to lift harder and the weight feels lighter,
however when you reach your goal and your lifting a big weight, no one is laughing at you and the weight feels heavy mentally?
I am trying to think of a trick to mentally psyche myself to get past this roadblock. Or I don't know if its just me overthinking and if mental is all that big a deal or not.

hi, (19ftm), ive been on cerelle for painful ass periods for the past year, which has worked great in that regard. ive only gotten occasional spotting and cramping, but thats literally it. normally my periods would have me vomiting and curling up in pain, almost fainting too. recently tho ive been considering coming off the pill, as ive been considering the long term effects. i have been noticeably more irritable this past year and depressed, plus my libido has went waaaay down, which is a bummer bc i was a pretty sexual person b4 i got on the pill lol. i would come off the pill anytime i want but im anticipating my first period off it being extremely painful, is this true? also any advice for pain relief would be very appreciated, paracetamol doesnt do anything at all for me so any other methods would be helpful :))!!

I hope you’re all doing well. I recently had a disappointing experience with an immigration lawyer, and I’m unsure how to handle it. I was initially quoted $1,200 + GST to answer a PPI, but I ended up being charged an additional $3,000 + GST without being informed until the work was done on their end. On top of that, the visa application ($1,600 + GST) was submitted without all the required evidence, which has caused further complications of receiving a PPI.
I’m feeling quite helpless at the moment and would really appreciate some guidance. Does anyone know the best way to address this issue? Specifically, I’d like to discuss my rights and options with someone in charge of complaints but would prefer to krep the issue away from lawyer until it’s clear that the lawyer didn’t handle the case properly.
If anyone has been in a similar situation or knows the right steps to take, I’d be incredibly grateful for your advice.
