Hi, I need to follow the same structure as in the first sentence but with two people: first sentence: She is Anna. Her hair is brown. They are Jim and Sue. Their hair(s) is/are brown? I'm sorry, it's so basic but it sounds horrible anyway. Thanks "You got a haircut" is past tense. I would take it to mean "Someone cut your hair in the recent past". Here "haircut" refers to the service purchased from the hairdresser. "You've got a haircut" is possesive, it indicates that you now have a new hairstyle. "Haircut" now has a slightly different meaning and refers to the style of your hair. "I had my hair cut" is possible, when the speaker is thinking of a particular occasion, e.g. I had my hair cut last week. Normally one would expect "I've had my hair cut" (as in "I've had my hair cut since we last met"). Another example: A. Why are you wearing a plaster? B. I cut my finger yesterday. She has a beautiful long blonde curly hair. She has a beautiful long curly blonde hair. I think that I'd probably say the former, but I strongly suspect that if I heard the latter, I wouldn't even notice. I know we've discussed this a number of times here. It always seems to be about hair. But your hair already exists. The stylist is not making hair. The verb "do" usually means perform an action. But a hairstyle is not an action. So these verbs do not work well. The most common expression is "to style your hair". So the verb is "style", and the person who does it to your "hair" is called a "stylist" (a person who styles). Hair can be singular (one hair), non-count singular (meaning an entire growth of hairs, such as on the head: hair) or plural (three hairs). Whenever the form is singular ("hair") the singular form of the verb is used; when it is plural ("hairs"), the plural verb form is used: "Natasha's hair is long." "There are hairs on your coat." Brown has nothing to do with long or straight and is awkward between them. Short curly blonde hair. Short blonde curly hair.

Today I purchased some Litecoin on Sardine and had it sent to Xchange.me to be converted to Monero and then sent to a wallet. Fast forward 3 hours and the funds are yet to be seen in my wallet even I’ve received confirmation that those funds have been finalized and sent. I’m starting to think Xchange is a scam website since their PGP link isn’t valid (though it’s possible I’m doing something wrong as I am new to this) and their create an account/login doesn’t work because the captcha isn’t refreshing. I’m currently working in a lab which faces several internal issues: communication between colleagues is poor, interactions are often unfriendly, and there’s little focus on training new employees and teamvonding. As a result, the team leaders rarely stay for long because it’s a challenging job, to say it mildly.
Despite this, I feel incredibly motivated to fill this role. I’m eager to make a difference, and I genuinely want to help improve the team dynamic. During a recent conversation with my operations manager, there was talk of growing within the company and possibly getting a higher position. He told me he wants to take me with him in improving the workplace. The words senior analist and team leader were dropped on his part (We are without a teamleader rn)
I’ve been working here for only six months and i’m relatively inexperienced in leadership. Next week i will have another talk with the OM about what my future growth will entail.
He asked me to keep him in informed about what i see and want to happen for the plan for next year. How do I demonstrate that I’m the right person for this role? I find myself struggling to express my interest in the role of leading this seemingly bleak situation.

Hey there, I've been messing around with a [[Merry, Warden of Isengard]] & [[Pippin, warden of Isengard]] high power casual deck for a while. it's super fun but I'd like to push it to more of a cEDH deck.
