2024.11.29 00:47 Affectionate-Can-224 Struggling with a solenoid valve
Hey everyone, I've been struggling with getting a solenoid valve to work, and I would really appreciate any help. The product is called "Fafeicy Pulse Solenoid Valve, 3.6V DC 1/2" Bistable Plastic Electric Pulse Solenoid Valve for Water Control" on Amazon Canada. I've tried supplying the solenoid with 3.5V from a battery, 3.5V and 5V from an arduino, and 8V from a battery, but none of these voltages produced any response even though the product is rated for 4.5V-6V. All the valve does is get a little hot, which means it must be a closed circuit. I had an electrical engineering student to look at it and he couldn't figure it out either. BUT, we think it may have to do with the "pulse" aspect of the valve. A similar valve on amazon is described to work as follows: "Working mode: positive pulse open valve, negative pulse off". Does anyone know how this is done? Can it be done with an Arduino? Or alternatively, is there a better (easier) way to control water flow using a lightweight valve?
I appreciate any help!

Humans are not meant to live like this. I've never been this lonely before. I live in a big city where people just don't talk to each other. Work also sucks, because we have lots of different nationalities there and people don't really interact with each other if it's not work related. No one speaks my language there. We use English but it's not my native language. I have no family. Except for my mom but that's it. I have some "friends" but they're always busy and beyond the rare phone call they never want to do anything. I'm completely isolated and if I kill myself my body would rot months in my empty apartment before it would get discovered. Mental health help resources in my country are a joke as well. The suicide hotline is always busy and to find a therapist you have to call hundreds of places in hopes they have an empty spot available or you pay 150€ per session for a private one, which I can't afford. I want to try dating but in that state I obviously can't. How can I work on my personality if this lonliness is constantly on my mind? I just don't know what to do. I just need someone I can talk to. Someone I can do things with. I feel like the loneliest person on this planet.

Então, entrei em um novo RPG de mesa, qual possui algumas homebraws, sendo a principal, desvantagens criadas, já que ninguém é perfeito. Tais complicações são apenas para aprimorar o roleplay da gente, sendo uma psicológica narrativa (um costume, hábito etc..) e outra mecânica.
Eu queria a ajuda de vocês para criar essas duas novas complicações, elas são exclusivas para meu personagem e os demais jogadores não saberam das mesmas.
A complicação para dar uma base a vocês tem que ser baseada em um Paladino de khalmir que cresceu com sua mãe e pai (uma exímio curandeira e um famoso paladino) e que aprendeu muito sobre cura com sua mãe, enquanto raramente via seu pai.
Basicamente, só quero uma complicação baseada nisso, nada mais, por favor me ajudem nessa, tenho dificuldade na criação desses tipos de coisas por isso venho pedir ajuda.

Genuinely asking here. I've seen many times KAT go up with the player driving to the rim, stay perfectly vertical and they still score on him. With Mitch, sometimes they don't even try to drive. Is it athleticism? Anticipation? Technique?
My knowledge is very limited on basketball, so if anyone has an answer I'd be glad to read it.

Here's some the Parental Guidance ratings which is aka Rated-R and PG-13 of Bowser's Fury in two films. Let's look! Note: If you ask the note, then yeah probably Rated-R or something.
Profanity:
- Infrequent Coarse Language. Milder swears words like "Hell", "Crap", "Bloody", "Damn" "Dick" and "Ass". Medium swearing like "Son of a Bitch", "Goddamn", "Shit" and "Fuck".
- While being chased by Bowser in his giant form, Izzy and Adora screams out the fuck 3 times and Joy says Crap 10 time.
- Mei-Mei also says fuck when they see Bowser's demonic nature.
- Mack Mallard and Buzz yells "Fuck you!" at Bowser.
- Garfield shouts "GET IN THE FUCKING CAR!!!!!
- We see Shulk and Adora kissing and making-out as a sex while Adora wears bikini parts
- In PG-13 version and the next sequel: We see Jentry and Spencer kissing and making out while taking off their clothes.
- In PG-13 version or Extended Cut: We see Alberto and Miriam kissing and making out as well while we see Miriam in bikini and bare buttocks.
- We see the Minion and the 4-Townies' bare buttocks as they moon at Bowser's floating castle in order to amuse insults, believing that he doesn't know where they are. (Excuse the crude humor, it's played for laughs. After all, mooning and taunting might fit the Minion's personality.)
- We see main characters' bellies and skins becoming exposed during their movement in wearing different clothing and bikini.
- In the next sequel of Bowser's Fury Part 1 and 2 including Extended Cut Scenes
- Bowser's fiery breath sets Gru's house on fire including Buzz and Mei's house during Gru and Buzz's first fight with Bowser while Mario joins to fight him alone.
- Gru's house blows up when the Koopas left a stack of TNT and a bomb inside including Buzz.
- Bowser knocks Mei unconscious, and we see him with a bloody leg and a broken shin bone injury in which it's extremely sensitive.
- AVL agents and FBI armed with pistols and guns to shoot Bowser, trying to finish him off only to get overpowered by him.
- Bowser grabs Jentry and Miriam by the throat and attempts to strangle her out, but gets his eyes stung when she uses pansy spray which releases her.
- Fist fighting, guns, knives and onscreen blood are invloved, but not over the top.
- Immensely mild violence, but too far.
- Clawmarks on the floor, wall, and even the opened door.
- Threatening bloody writing "Beware" and "Surrender or die".
- Bowser becomes a highly savage, demonic beast monster in his fights with Buzz and Mei.
- Blood is included.
- Bowser's immense size and anger, savage nature and attempts to kill Mario, Mei, Buzz, his family, Luigi, Garfield, Vic, Odie, Fosters, Jentry, Delroy and the Mallards, The Ice Age Herd and the rest of the characters including Princess Peach and Bowser wants the Main 5: Mario, Luigi, Peach, Toad and Kong dead permanently and maybe horrifying and upsetting stories for Pixar and Illumination fans in the audiences who grew up with the Toy Story franchise.
- There are lot of suspenseful and intense sense with blood, gore and some comical violence that makes main characters nightmares to make up for it.
- Blood and fire is rather extreme.
- Bowser and his army killing off several people is a total shock for viewers.
- Billions of people form an angry mob.
- 10 people are killed by Bowser.
