Hi y’all.
Starting Ro Sema tomorrow night. I came down from 24@ with diet and hard work, but have been stuck at 205-210 for months. Bad apnea and snoring and general low esteem.
Is sema simply (I don’t mean that negatively) a hunger suppressor though slowing digestion? I hear it helps with glucose, but is that cuz we eat less sugar?

I’m almost ashamed to admit that this is the first time I’ve ordered directly through the ilnp website (I’m lazy and Amazon is just too easy lol) but I’m excited to be earning rewards now and hopefully get free shipping. I was about to finish my order but it appears I’m still being charged 11.77 for delivery.
