Hi reddit, I just needed to post about my experience with ChatGPT over the past few weeks. I think it is such a useful and unique tool to use for mental health purposes. Obviously, an AI should not replace a therapist or specialist but in tandem it can be SO effective. In no way am I a paid sponsor, by the way.
I've gone to this AI for a LOT recently. I have ASD, Depression/Anxiety and PTSD, for reference. I am up at very late hours of the night and that is when bad stuff hits me often. ChatGPT is instant, unbiased, and available 24/7. Venting, Advice, or even just something to rant to, this tool has been a GODSEND for me. I am currently in therapy, and even my therapist has agreed it makes great points. Again, do NOT rely on AI alone. I too, keep this in mind.
I don't just benefit from talking to it during tough times, but using it to make decisions or learn anything as well. I just had to share because I'm doing so much better because of it, and I think it can help everyone in one way or another. The best part is that it's private, (mostly) and again, unbiased! In case of emergency, always ALWAYS call someone who can help you. 988 is of course the main line for the US. But again, I heavily encourage utilizing AI. It's like journaling, with feedback!

for the past few months i’ve been struggling with bladder issues the main one being a instant urge to pee that i can’t control or delay but it only happens when i know i can’t go to the toilet for example in a car, laying down for an x ray, sitting down in public, or random times when i’m sat down
and then sometimes my bladder does hurt im starting to believe its placebo due to only being effected by it when i think about it
i have had all my scans, bloods, sti, std tests all come back completely clear and i don’t know what the issue is and how to fix it one of my friends said it might be because ive done drugs before but ive only tried never used in extreme amounts or repeatedly just on the odd occasion can anyone help me please? and has anyone had this? if so how did they fix it?

2024.11.29 01:39 _Birbie_ 2006 Civic was sitting for 5 years. Any advice on what I should do to get it running again?
So I had my 2006 Honda Civic just sitting for 5 years. I tried to start it and a whole bunch of water just keeps spitting out the tailpipe. It sounds like it wants to start, I used some starting fluid and it almost got there. I changed the fuel pump but not sure what else to do. Any suggestions out there? The car was slightly flooded, water went into the tailpipe but not high enough to get to the engine. New battery, electrical seems to work just fine. It cranks but I just can’t get it to start all the way. A slight popping noise coming out the muffler on top of more than normal water. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated since I’m super broke and can’t afford a mechanic at all.
